Quick getaway
Check in was really easy and the garage was a plus since we were in an arctic blast. I would note the garage fit my 4Runner but anything bigger will not fit. The condo itself was nicely stocked and a great location. The only thing I was disappointed in was the condition of the couches- they need to be replaced, leather is pealing up.

Perfect Location
This was the perfect location for our 4th of July trip with our kids and dog. There was plenty of space for us to spread out, big deck to sit on, close to the mountain, downtown, and the trail that runs along the river. Plenty of food options close by and a comfortable setting.

Great location in town of Winter Park. Perfect size for four adults and great beds. However, steep staircase leading to living area and too small garage for any SUV of any size to park, were the downsides. Still enjoyed our stay and very clean unit with well-stocked kitchen.

Great Winder Park Condo
We had a great time. This is the first vacation that we have taken our pets with us and they loved the condo and trip. The condo was stocked with all the amenities you can need. Only wish they would provide a notepad and a pen for when you need to run errands but overall will stay again.

Great Location
Great condo in a great location. We mountain biked at Trestle and did one day at Steamboat. Having the garage for our bikes and gear was a big plus and really made this a much better choice than staying at the resort. The location provides easy access to restaurants, the grocery store, liquor store and the town park. The bike path also provides easy access to Frisco as well.

Property was clean and had everything we needed. On the lift route but I was easily able to drop off/pick up my son and his friend. Even brought them home for lunch. Located close to restaurants. Hernando’s pizza was great. Lots of light switches to figure out. Bathroom floors were heated which was nice touch. Loved the fireplace.

Nice Place
We had a fun stay over Thanksgiving. The place is very close to restaurants, a grocery store, and the Frasier River Trail. We parked in the garage and it was easy. The condo seemed very clean and well kept. A few things that could be improved: we were missing a large chef knife and that made things challenging for Thanksgiving dinner. Also, the amount of emails and phone calls from the management company was over the top. They need to tone it down a little. Minor things and easily fixable I think. Overall it was great!

Great location, Fun decor, well stocked kitchen but...
The property was as advertised in a great spot and fun mountain decor! Well stocked kitchen! The price is reasonable but I'm not sure that makes up for the dirty floors and barely passable quality, but clean, sheets and bedding. There's a sign to take off your shoes, but when we did so the floor seemed sticky. I took a damp paper towel to wipe it and it was brown after just one or two swipes. No one had done anything but superficial dusting for a while and some dishes were in the cupboard dirty, one with egg on it. We chose not to inform management even though they were responsive because we wanted to enjoy our stay, weren't there much, and didn't want to have to coordinate anything with them. We would stay again pending other reviews around the cleaning. PS we have had rentals ourselves and like to find positives where we stay.
