Relax in the forest, by the pond, and under the stars at this adorable cabin located within the Aska Adventure Area. Enjoy your own private stocked pond just a few feet off the back enclosed deck area. The back porch really packs a punch with a seasonal fireplace, hammock swing, and dining table. If you need a mid afternoon pick me up, the coffee bar is within arms reach of the recling couch. Walk out the back deck door and jump in the hot tub to soak. This porch is perfect for louning and reminiscing with old friends.

We had an issue with our cabin upon arrival but the customer service we received was top notch! They made sure we had another place to stay and checked in on us. Would definitely use them again.

We had an amazing vacation!!

We had such an amazing time! The property and cabin were both beautiful! The house was decorated so nice and the view was amazing and so peaceful! Everything was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed to make home cooked meals and also a grill. There is WiFi and a tv in the master bedroom and living room. We are already planning our next booking for next year! 5 stars definitely!! :)

Nice quiet getaway but could get something better for the price.

The inside of the cabin was clean and neat. And we enjoyed our little break away from everyday life. But as for the things that could have made it 5 stars…. They only give you the toilet paper rolls that are on the roll and nothing else. They also only give you one spare trash bag under the sink. And no sponge to wash dishes. It advertises a dishwasher but there is no dishwasher. So we had to buy our own toilet paper and trash bags and wash everything with a scrub brush. Not having cell service or Wi-Fi made it real hard to stay in touch with my kids at home. We had to drive to the nearest corner store to use their Wi-Fi if we wanted to search directions to anywhere. The was no capabilities to stream music because of lack of signal so again, having Wi-Fi would have helped a lot. The Bluetooth speaker would have been nice to use but I couldn’t stream anything. Also the cord is not attached to it to turn it on. The record player there was a great idea and great alternative but the records were all old and scratched so it was hard to listen to because of all the static. The hot tub was clean and is also a very nice touch to enjoy some relaxation. The outside was not very well maintained. All the trees and bushes are over grown. And right near walkways were flower bushes that LOVED to house families of bees. The walk to the dock is very over grown and the dock has tree overgrowth on one side and is worn out so it was real hard to sit on it. I had to bring my own camping chair to sit on the dock. Overall the privacy was extremely nice and more private than I expected for being on a small pond.

Best mountain getaway

We had an incredible week at this property and didn’t feel like we even wanted to leave the cabin and property! The hot tub, pond, and indoor space is perfect for a family or couple wanting a remote getaway!

Do not waste your time or money!

The place was dirty, smelly. There were poop in the toilet when I checked in. Called to report it & they laughed. The people who are managing this place have never been there so, calling them about anything is a waste of time. My stay was so bad, I booked for December 21-26, I left on the 24th. If you do decide to go after seeing this, please use your navigation. That’ll save you over an hour.

Great Get Away

My husband and I enjoyed our time at this cabin. The pond was great for fishing and our kayaks were easy to put in and take out. The cabin was very clean and described accurately in the listing. The record player was a nice touch, we enjoyed a nice little slow dance in the kitchen. I would suggest to bring and prepare food at the cabin as town is about 30 minutes away. Great property for some quiet time!

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin was beautifully decorated & clean, with plenty of amenities. The hot tub & sauna were especially enjoyable. The small lake behind the cabin was good for fishing or relaxing on the inflatable raft. The only downside for some is that it's almost 30 minutes from Blue Ridge, but for us it was a very peaceful neighborhood & perfect for our honeymoon! Overall a very nice place & I would stay there again.

Quaint Mountain Getaway

Overall, lovely home. Would stay again! Only downside was zero cell service, no WiFi at the home and no home phone made it difficult navigating the area. Would have been good to know we’d need to print out directions ahead of time!
