But, there is more entertainment! The pool area comes with a fully screened-in pool with a spillover spa, child safety fence, 3 sun loungers, patio furniture with seating for 7, and a table with seating for 8 if you prefer to dine alfresco, have evening drinks, or a relaxing cup of coffee in the morning.

With 9 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, this gorgeous home can accommodate up to 20 guests. On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with a king bed and a 60-inch smart TV. On the second floor, you will encounter the loft area with an 82-inch TV, and a high-top table with 4 barstools. On the second floor, you will find the rest of the bedrooms. 3 bedrooms offer a king bed with a large TV. There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents

Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
