"Caribbean 503 located at 1057 West Beach Boulevard is the ultimate condo for you and your family! This one bedroom, one and a half bathrooms unit can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. With a king size bed in the master suite, a sleeper sofa in the living room and hallway bunk beds for the kids, this space is sure to give comfort and space for everyone. (Please note that the bunk beds are not suitable for adults). You can wake up to a fresh cup of coffee, made in the fully stocked kitchen, and enjoy it out on your private beach front balcony. Along with the full kitchen there is a washer and dryer that can give you all the amenities and comforts of home. Caribbean is conveniently located to access all the best dining, shopping and recreation options that Gulf Shores has to offer. You will be able to stay completely connected with the WiFi, TVs and DVD players.
This property has easy access to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast while also providing you with both indoor and outdoor pools (heated seasonally). Other amenities that Caribbean offers are steam room, sauna, exercise room, BBQ grills and an elevator for ease of access. Please, No Smoking. This condo is pet friendly for one dog 20 pounds or under. A non-refundable pet fee applies."

Good place to stay

Enjoyed our stay with beautiful view of the water and white sandy beach. Comfortable condo but frig a little noisy. Very good location, close to shops and stores.

Dogs on vacation!

We have gone to Gulf shores for over 28 years, this was the first time in 29 years we did not go with kids. This was the perfect size condo for my husband, 2 small dogs and myself. Bender helped us out with some issues to make sure our stay was great!

Weekend getaway

We had a great weekend! It was a spur of the moment weekend and everything worked out perfectly. Highly recommend this place and the realty representatives, marilyn and missy were very attentive and helpful!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This particular condo needs some updating and I mentioned it to the managing company. But the facility is clean and well maintained!

Perfect condo for a couple

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was perfect for 2 people. There were additional bunk beds tucked into the hallway wall if needed for additional guests. We enjoyed the balcony. The weather was rainy, stormy and just a little chilly - so we used the balcony most of the time and enjoyed the view despite the weather!

Overall was a good place. The bed was a firm mattress which I prefer a softer one but I did sleep ok. The kitchen is small but very functional for one person. The pots and pans could use an upgrade but I would stay again for that view from the patio!!😍😍

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed in unit #503, Caribbean condos. I loved all the beach decor. Everything was clean and organized. The balcony overlooking the beach was great. We could see porpoises (or dolphins) swimming from our balcony. Everyone was so nice and friendly. We prepared breakfast and lunch in the condo and then ate at local restaurants for dinner. We had a good supply of dishes and pots/pans. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet and peaceful. We had a problem with one of the TVs and we called Benber and maintenance came within 30 minutes and fixed it. We had a great vacation.

This condo is exactly like the pictures. The only issue was sometimes we couldn’t get our minivan into the parking spot if the truck beside us was parked….too tight otherwise place was great!

Great view

Inspection of property would have revealed sliding glass door was difficult to open/close, shower curtain torn, microwave had window damage which eventually resulted in it quitting altogether. Staff were immediately helpful when advised of issues, replacement staff was quick and efficient. At least 6 people never cleaned up after their dogs, and one less tha 30 # dog was a Rottweiler 😳.

My kids and I had such a good time , loved going out on balcony and watching waves roll in , nothing better than beachfront ! Reality staff very nice and professional . Great location but needs updates

Overall this property was pretty nice. The location was perfect because it was just outside the touristy locations but you could still get to everything pretty quickly. The condo could use some major updating and the elevator was sometimes a little sketchy but the view from the balcony made up for it. The listing also says it sleeps 6 comfortably, which is a stretch. I would say this condo sleeps 3 adults comfortably and two kids who can fit on the bunks. Overall this condo did the job but some updates could be made.

Condo with great views, but!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was fine but the bed was terrible. The slightest movement caused it to squeak terribly! We slept on the bunk mattresses on the sofa bed. I could not open the balcony door and my husband could barely open it. The air quit our 2nd day and had to be worked on. They had it fixed but wasn’t working by our fifth day. If they get these things fixed it would be a good place to stay.

Nice Condo, could use some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this was a nice rental. The condo was very clean with the exception of the floors which were very dirty. Our feet were black within 30 minutes of walking around. Some of the linens should be replaced we had a bath towel that was ripped in 3 places that was folded up and placed out for our use. Some of the sinks fixtures have rust in the basins. Condo is decorated nice and the owners have placed nice touches such as dvds and books for use. The property was nice and quiet. The mattress should definately be replaced. It is an older property but that is expected with a smaller complex which is fine. The pool was nice and very clean. There is also no way to secure the unit from the inside. If someone has the door code then they can get into the unit even if you are in there. There is no separate deadbolt or security latch which felt weird. With some minor attention this unit would be perfect.

Great view but that's about it

Upon arrival to the condo we smelt a horrible burnt popcorn smell and there was a smoke detector beeping with a low battery. We contacted Bender right away and the did come to check it out immediately but all he did was spray white vinegar everywhere and change the battery. This did nothing but make it smell like burnt popcorn and now vinegar. The smell was so bad our cooler and clothes stunk when we got back home to Missouri. The screen was ripped pretty much completely out of the patio door and I was told the owners don't care about that and no one uses them anyway. Aside from the screen being ripped out the door was incredibly hard to open and close. The drain in the shower did not work well so you were constantly standing in a pool of water while showering. They wanted all dishes to be cleaned and put away but did not give you enough soap or dishwashing liquid to do so. The covered parking spot provided to us was next to the pool gate that opened toward my full size truck in a very small spot so we had to park outside the whole time. I will have to say that if it wasn't for the breathtaking view we had from our balcony we would have made other arrangements and moved to a new location. Our first family beach vacation was not what we had in mind when we walked through the door of Caribbean 503. Will not make reservations at this location again in the future.
