Beautiful Oceanview 2 Bedroom Condo with Outdoor & Indoor Pool in the Quay!

WOW! This beautifully decorated property boasts a 20th floor view that will blow your mind! Enjoy a comfortable open floor plan, a fully stocked kitchen and a private balcony with spectacular views of the ocean and the bay. The spacious master bedroom offers a walk-in shower bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds with a full tub & shower bathroom across the hall. The building offers Indoor & outdoor heated pools, ping pong room, arcade room, seasonal gift shop (open only in summer), saunas in both restrooms on the second floor, and a deli for breakfast and lunch! This lovely 2 Bedroom condo is ready to make your new vacation memories!

*As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City, MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels, bathroom tissue, laundry and dish detergents, trash bags, and even bathroom toiletries!

Your reservation includes a $50 parking fee. The Quay building charges $10 per day or $50 per week. If your stay is 4 nights or less, the overage fee will be refunded prior to check-in.

Family vacation
The process could not have been more seamless!! Our first time using VRBO, but will not be our last!! I will say that there were a few things that needed upgrading or replacing, but overall a wonderful experience.

No AC wrecked vacation
The property did not have functional AC. It was extremely hot and humid. The property manager sent someone to look at it and claimed "the parts did not come in" to get it fixed. We were offered that we "could leave" but we had no where else to go. We were offered a VERY small price concession to stay but this absolutely WRECKED our family vacation. The property would have been fine other wise but i do not trust the property manager or owner to do the right thing.

Good spot
Stayed at the property recently and have to agree with the previous reviews about the updating of the place and some of the cleanliness. Pros: Great location. It was North of 90 and while not in the heart of Ocean City there was enough to do and you were in walking distance of shops and food Beachfront was great! Much shorter to the beach than the boardwalk area but plenty of space to distance. Parking was ample. Fast internet. Had a child that needed to play roblox and an adult that needed to telework. No issues. Beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked. Cons: Might be time to replace the carpet and possibly go with wood floors or similar Would be nice to have some curtains. The blinds were okay but on sunny days the twin bed room was way too bright at sunrise and at night from the parking lot lights. The showers were a little beat down. The cleaners left one of those floss things on the floor. Was in a pretty obvious spot and shouldn't be missed. All in all it was nice stay. Simple upgrades will make this place 5 stars easy!

Very comfortable stay. Convenient location
Spacious condo with enough room for everyone even when we were all stuck indoors for 2 stormy days in May. It is a very cozy condo with a well equipped kitchen. We will definitely stay at this condo again if given the chance but owner may want to check to make sure their cleaners do a thorough job of cleaning. The microwave turntable had food particles on it and the bottom of tray was swimming in oil. The whole condo smelled like someone had just cooked in it.. The master toilet was not flushed when we came in. So we just cleaned and sanitized and aired the place by leaving the sliding door open and all was good again.
