The Space:
This spacious condo in Mareazul will be the escape you've been looking for. Mareazul is one of the most beautiful beachfront complexes in all of Playa del Carmen. It resides within the gated community of Corasol where you'll find modern resort living and residences in the Riviera Maya just in front of the Caribbean Sea! You'll have excellent amenities too like an enormous infinity pool, direct access to the beach and a private beach club (plus a nearby public beach club with pool called Marena next door!), on-site dining, mini market, gym, Zen garden with Mayan sculptures, tennis and paddle courts and more!

This place is a family paradise too! It's heaven everywhere you turn--off the beaten path, a bit north of downtown Playa del Carmen, but still close enough to 5th Avenue where you can start far north and walk, bike or take a 5-min taxi ride all the way down to the prime 5th Ave shops and restaurants. However, you'll find it hard to leave this tranquil place called MareAzul. The pool at the community is spectacular, with bridges and swim up ledges to sunbathe, plenty of loungers and the beach and sea is just in front too. You can enjoy the restaurant on-site and/or head to the Corasol beach club for a change of scenery or a more lively experience on the Caribbean Sea, Mexico! Just about everything you could need to enjoy a dream vacation!
And when you venture out of this complex, there are so many more things to see and do around Playa -- everything from the beach and beach clubs, water sports like snorkeling, scuba, paddle boarding, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes special to this area!), private yacht tours and fishing charters, golfing, day trips to Tulum or Cancun, and so much more! You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and the complex amenities during your stay. Excellent amenities include an enormous 10,000 square foot swimming pool, direct access to the beach and beach club, on-site dining, mini market, gym, Zen garden with Mayan sculptures, tennis and paddle courts and nearby PGA Pro Nick Price golf course!
The Neighborhood:
The condo’s located in the Corasol Community in north Playa del Carmen, situated on the Caribbean Sea with everything you need just a short drive, taxi, bike or walk away.
- Just out the entrance of Mareazul is the famous 5th Ave. It's the far north part. You can bike, walk pr tale a 5-min drive south to the prime spot of 5th where you'll find cafes, bars, restaurants, boutiques & plenty of people-watching!
- Vibrant shopping malls in town like Paseo del Carmen, Quinta Alégria, & the shops at Calle Corazón with dozens of boutiques, international chains & restaurants
- Super Walmart & Soriana supermarkets plus convenience stores like 7-11 & OXXO a short drive away
- The Corasol Beach Club just steps away or venture to Las Hijas Beach Club, Mamitas or Coralina

Getting Around:
The condo is about 52.4 km/32.6 miles or about a 45-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!

Other Things to Note:
There is a construction in progress in the surrounding apartments causing noise from 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and also Saturday from 7am to 3pm until further notice.
We provide bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bathroom and beach towels, kitchen equipment and more to provide the most comfortable stay. And if you need an airport transfer, we can help you with that too! Just let us know!
Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights), but to save energy, please keep the AC temperature at 25°C and turn it off each time you leave. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals (28 nights or more), instead, you'll be charged based on the meter reading at check-in and check-out. The rate is proportionate to the number of days stayed.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
There is no daily housekeeping but if you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.
Please note that the washer and dryer are out of service until further notice.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you within 24 hours before arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week should you need anything - just send us a message via the booking platform.
