This Ground level condo is a 2 minute walk to the inviting soft sands of the Gulf of Mexico on Anna Maria Island and one block west of the intra coastal waters of Tampa Bay. This is a great economical winter destination for snowbirds, a nice 3 Day weekend stay away from it all or a weekly rental for the family.
The unit features 2 bedrooms with 1 bath and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Furnished with a King bed in the master and 2 Twin beds in the Guest room. A fully equipped kitchen with the basic cookware, utensils, and dishware are provided as well as beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas for your stay. Easy access to free island trolley service with 2 trolley stops conveniently located right on Gulf Drive a block from your front door.

Community pool (Not Heated) / NO Community laundry-room on property / Unit does NOT have a washer or dryer.
Cable TV and Wi-Fi are included.

Easy beach access and all the amenities

This stay was perfect for me, my husband, and our friends. It was so close to the beach and had a beautiful pool. It provided all the essentials for the beach such as towels, chairs, and floats. We would definitely return. Thank you for helping us make memories!

Family Beach Trip

Anna Maria Island has been our family go to vacation for the past 3 years and we have stayed in one of the properties at Lazy Livin for each. Each of the condos is unique, but this property has been updated compared to some of the other units that we have stayed in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future.

Steps to beach

Nice little place. Clean and close to beach. Had beach towels and chairs for use. Pool was great too. Could use a bathroom fan, a mirror outside the bathroom, and a folding drying rack for wet suits/towels. Good stay.

Week of fun and relaxing

The property was an excellent choice. It is a short walk to Bradenton. Beach that is clean and a perfect spot to spend the day and evening with amazing sunsets. We enjoyed the stay so much that we extended from 5 to 7 nights hassle free. This unit has a keyless entry, which was a plus for three adults and two children. The location is conveniently located. We had a fabulous trip.

Nice beach getaway

Property was very nice and clean, close to beach access and very walkable. Bed was very comfortable. Beach chairs and towels provided. Only slight issue is locking and unlocking the front door. You have to make sure to press against the door a bit to ensure deadbolt can move in and out. Not a big deal but good to be aware of. Had a wonderful time.

Great weekend!

The room was amazing! There was a very short walk to the beach and the pool was big and very clean. Unfortunately the only complaint we have was we never had any hot water in the shower. It was checked while we were there but we never got a hot shower.

The complex was family friendly and everyone was considerate at the pool. The condo was clean and well equipped. They were also quick to meet our needs. Lazy Living

Property clean except for floors which are impossible to keep bare feet from turning black. Need a few more amenities in kitchen. Like mixing bowls and newer pans. The neighbor was friendly and the beach was gorgeous. We would love to stay again but it’s a bit pricy. The track lighting in the kitchen and dining area was too bright and spot lights were in your eyes. A light in the ceiling and over the sink would be helpful.

Clean but needs improvement

When we arrive the property was clean and smelled nice. The bed was comfortable. The restroom needs to be redone completely to be more functional. The shower entry way is so narrowed you will have to squeeze yourself in to get the shower. The shower floor hurts your feet. There is a problem with the water drainage. There is no exhaust fan in the restroom. After we left and came back we noticed the place had a strange smell that would not go away. The kitchen is good with many appliances to use. There was some drywall that needs to be repaired in one of the rooms. The trim throughout the entire rental needs to be repainted. We never used the pool we were waiting for the pool to be cleaned and it didn’t happen.

Our first time in a condo on AMI

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great with easy access to the beach. Having the pool was very nice, especially when it was too windy on the beach. We were not used to condo living and we were on the first floor and could hear every move from upstairs. We had to rent chairs as the ones supplied were old and too low for us senior citizens...lol! The unit itself had a couple of issues. A washer/dryer would be great although we knew going in that the unit didn’t have one. The utility room was dirty/unkempt and the supplies were non-existent. The biggest issue for us was the shower. The floor is not level so the water gathers in the middle and you need to manually push the water with your hands or feet for it to drain. Definitely needs to be fixed. We love Anna Maria and hated seeing all the destruction from the hurricanes. We were happy to support the local businesses.
