As you drive into this family-friendly neighborhood you get excited when you see this adorable one-level ranch that is so "cape cod"! The garage will be available for guest use.

Enter through the side door next to the garage. You'll walk right into a family room with three comfy couches, flat-screen TV, built-in bookshelves (in case a rainy day gets you in the mood for reading!), and a pup station for the furriest member of the family. Complete with a doggie bed for Fido to lounge in!

Ship lap walls and hardwood floors throughout the home create a soothing, coastal feel. The colorful furnishings and walls add to the beachy vibe.

As you enter the open kitchen, dining and living room you can imagine the family gathering together for meals and hanging out to talk and make memories. The kitchen has aqua cabinets that immediately remind you of cool ocean waters. You'll find everything you need to make family meals and clean up a breeze - dishwasher, microwave, and K-cup coffee pot for your use. The dining area has a table with seating for six. It flows right into the living area with a comfy sectional, chair, and beautiful fireplace for decorative use only. Seems like a great place to take a nap or read a book on a rainy day. Check out the driftwood mantel found on the beach by the owners!

As you go down the hallway, there is a full bathroom with a new tile floor, vanity and tub/shower combo. The french door leads to the basement where the washer and dryer are located.

Bedroom #1 - is a luscious pink color with full bottom/twin top bunkbeds with whimsical bedding and beautiful mermaid art. Next is the Master, Bedroom #2 - with soothing blue/grey accents with a king bed and a TV to watch late-night talk shows. Bedroom #3 brings all the feels of the ocean inside with a queen bed and beautiful boat artwork on blue walls.

The outdoor area is perfect for families - deck to a patio with a natural gas grill and outdoor furniture. Outdoor shower - perfect for washing off after a day at the beach - a Cape Cod tradition! A fully fenced-in yard is perfect for your dog as he lays in the sun getting his Vitamin D fix. Fire pit for s'mores, ghost stories and just reconnecting with family.
At "Happy Hour Any Hour" you are sure to relax and unwind. This location is just perfect on a quiet road, yet close to all Yarmouth has to offer, beaches, shopping, and restaurants! We look forward to having you as our guest!

Guest Welcome Starter Bag Included: For guests with a 1-week minimum stay - Contains 2 rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, a sponge, and a starter amount of bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. A few locally sourced snacks are included as well (subject to change based marketplace availability).

PET-FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog for $25 per night. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.

Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check out instructions carefully and there will be no extra charges. State and local taxes are charged if applicable.
For Reservations made over 60 days away-you can make 2 payments-50% deposit with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for Payments.
A confirmed reservation is non-refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance. NEVR complies with the directives listed on the Mass.gov website. Please be aware that information may be updated and the details of your reservation may also be required to change, potentially without much notice. If the MA Governor issues a MA Rental Ban for MA Vacation Rental Homes, we will allow you to move your reservation to a future date, or provide a refund. Please note, any other reasons to cancel would follow our normal cancellation policy.

Please ask our guest specialist for details. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
