- Private balcony accessible from all rooms, including bedrooms.

- Master bedroom has a 55-inch screen SmartTV

PARADISE12 has a den divided by a decorative half wall divider with a sofabed comfortable for 1 adult or 2 children. The master bedroom has a king bed, while the other two bedrooms have queen beds. The two queen bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub and shower, and ample storage space underneath the sink. The kitchen cabinetry and overall finishes are sleek and modern. The kitchen countertop has 4 stools, while the outdoor balcony seating accommodates 6 people. An additional outdoor seating area is available to overlook the view of the ocean and enjoy a cup of coffee during the sunrise. The unit has private elevator access, and a small foyer before entering the main door of the unit. A FOB is required for elevator access and your host will provide you will key and fob usage instructions.
The building has security cameras located in common areas, such as amenity rooms, hallways, elevators, etc. There are no cameras located inside the unit.
Guest Access:
Guests will be provided access by the host on the day of check in. At this time, 2 sets of keys will be provided to the guest as well as 2 FOBS for elevator and access to amenities. Guests are required to return all sets of keys and FOBS at check-out, and any lost keys or replacement of keys during your stay will be a $103 charge per list item.
