This beautiful, and pet-friendly, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom corner home gets an abundance of natural sunlight and is located on the 17th hole of the Sierra Star golf course, offering all the amenities for your Mountain retreat. Come and relax by the wood-burning fireplace or in the private jacuzzi located on the deck. This spacious home will not disappoint with two master suites and is the perfect location for your Summer or Winter getaway, with a short walk to the Eagle Lodge shuttle. On the upper level, the townhome features a master bedroom with King bed, gas fireplace, flatscreen TV and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, stand-up shower and walk-in closet. On the main level you will find the kitchen, dining room, living room, half bathroom, and laundry room with private washer/dryer. A private deck with BBQ grill and seating for 6 allows you to take in the beautiful golf course views while having the privacy in the mountain forest setting. Cozy up around the wood burning fireplace on the comfortable leather couches or enjoy TV viewing on the large 65" Smart TV with HD Cable. Cook and entertain in the fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining room that seats 8. With a gourmet kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, 5-burner gas stove and pantry, it is the perfect family kitchen for cooking and dining in. As you walk downstairs you enter a hang out den with large flatscreen Smart TV and sleeper sofa, great for the kids, and will find the remaining three bedrooms and bathrooms along with the second private deck with jacuzzi. The second master bedroom features a Queen bed, flatscreen TV and en-suite full bathroom. The third bedroom also features a Queen bed sharing a hallway bathroom. The fourth bedroom features a Queen bed and a fun play area for the kids equipped with games and books. There is an additional Queen air mattress for extra kids if required. With laundry room, a 2 car private garage, Free WIFI throughout, what more could you need! This home is located in the sought after community of The Timbers, and the location is unbeatable in both Summer and Winter. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This home sleeps a maximum of 10 people, comes with a private 2-car garage with 2 additional parking spaces in the driveway, 3 levels inside, non-smoking, and one pet allowed upon approval (Summer only). Good condo with some minor issue

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was great. Walkable to eagle. Well appointed. Two bedrooms small but everything comfortable. Oven was not working while we were there and maintenance weren’t able to access the fuse box at the house to reset it (didn’t have the key for the closet). So we had no access to the oven for the entire weekend. No outreach from Mammoth Reservations to try and make this right or to acknowledge the inconvenience (both of the lack of oven and having to host the maintenance guy for a couple of hours.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visit Mammoth annually at various times during the winter season and this is our favorite cabin. Customer service for any issues or questions is great from the local property management. We had issues with the garage opener needing a reset and losing power suddenly, they came out right away without hesitation. The cabin is well furnished and very comfortable for our large and extended family. The only thing I would recommend is to bring cooking pans/pots if you plan to do that, they have some but limited and are very old.

Beautiful Property

My adult son, his girlfriend and I all enjoyed our stay at the property. The kitchen was stocked unusually well which was great since we (I) cooked a bit. We loved the woodburning fireplace and the “kids”used the jacuzzi every day!

Timbers Stay

This was the fourth time we’ve chosen to stay at a Timbers property. The location is beautiful, peaceful and conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and the lakes/hiking trails. There was plenty of room to accommodate our party of nine. We all enjoyed our stay!

We appreciated some of the restrictions; i.e., take shoes off at the entryway (do not wear shoes inside), no pets on the Furniture, etc. these are restrictions we have in our own home to keep the house cleaner. Kitchen was very well-stocked with various kitchen items to use.Most doors and windows and their coverings were in working order. It is very spacious. The layout was perfect for our family.I would just like to add that it would have been nice to have a screen door on the sliding doors so you could get more beautiful, fresh mountain air.

Ideal Location, Ultra Comfortable!

We’ve been coming to Mammoth for years and this is by far the nicest place I’ve had the pleasure to stay in yet! Being in a townhouse vs. shared condo (three floors!) was a fantastic upgrade—hubs and I stayed on the top floor solo, with all the kids and our friends on the lower level, and fat spread of common space in between in the ground floor: giant living room w. gorgeous wood burning fireplace, with an open floor dining room and kitchen. Super spacious. Tons of throw pillows and blankets for maximum cozy. Well-equipped kitchen. Grill for veggies, hot dogs and steaks. :) We all looooved the *private* hot tub…heavenly after a long day on the mountain. Two smart TVs so the adults could enjoy a relaxed dinner together while the kids watched a movie on “their” tv. (Read: we didn’t have to hear the sound of “Encanto” AGAIN while we ate dinner, ha.) The three kids were 5, 7, 9 years old and there were games, books, and toys for all in their own play area. Plus a bathtub right outside their room so it felt like a party for them! House had a little sled, a washer/dryer, two car garage, and gobs of closet space—we used everything. All of us kept remarking how comfortable we felt. Would love to book this property again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The mattress in the upstairs master bedroom is sunken in on both sides. Mattresses must be replaced once every eight years this one looks a lot older than eight years. The furniture in the main living room was very uncomfortable and dirty. We found one kitchen pot to have food stains on the inner portion (No worries it was properly cleaned by my wife) Timbers 15 has three televisions neither were connected to a cable or satellite service. The television in the main living room had Roku service which was very annoying if you’ve never dealt with Roku. We have rented from Mammouth Reservations for many years in a row never have we been in one of their rentals that didn’t have cable or satellite service to their TVs. I would have provided a better review but an article of clothing was accidentally left behind in the garage. We have informed personnel at the Mammouth Reservations office but their response is slow.

Great property, management could be better

I reached out via VRBO message system to inquire about adding a night, early check-in and late check out. Nobody replied to my inquiry. If you are going to use VRBO to advertise and rent please use it completely I called a day or two before our trip to ask about the same things. The property was not rented the night before we were to arrive and so it seems like business wise it would have been a good move to rent us the property at a reduced rate. I was offered a meager $100 off and politely declined. I was told that an early check in should be possible as it was not rented the night before and sometime 12-5 for check-in may be possible. I was also told that extending check out until 12pm instead of 10am should be possible. All things I was happy to hear. We called day of check-in to see about early check in. Different story altogether. We were told that “it takes a lot to get a property ready” when in fact we didn’t see anyone doing anything at the property as we waited. We were told that we would get a call when it was ready. We never got a call. Finally we drove to the rental agency building at 5pm and picked up our keys. Interaction with people was strongly discouraged and the whole process seemed like the least amount of effort possible was being made to cater to us. We would have been happy to have a place to check into even a little early. We called at 3:30 and were told there are no early check-ins. My wife was having some back pains and we just wanted to get her into a different spot to get comfortable. We politely asked if we could get in early and again were told that it takes a lot to get a propert ready, even though there was no evidence that anything was being done. Would we stay at this property again? Yes. Would I be hesitant to stay at a property with this management again? Yes. Not because there were any issues per se, but because we felt like when paying almost 2000 a night you would think there would be more accommodating with small requests. We felt that there was no extra effort made and poor poor communication.

Great Time in Beautiful Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is very spacious and in a great location. And overall everything looked good and worked well. I was most impressed with the management team as they were very responsive. If we had an issue, somebody came within 15 minutes. I have a couple of suggestions: 1. keep extra glassware somewhere. They break frequently. When we arrived, there was only 4 regular glasses and wine glasses for 10 people, though tons of coffee cups. 2. The couch is not that comfortable for more than 2 people. Other than that, it was an awesome trip and we would go back to the same place in a minute.
