Unlike most condos, this one features a full sized washer and dryer, plus an extra large refrigerator. The owner provides access to their storage locker which is located near the outdoor pool. Braemar Towers amenities include an oceanfront outdoor pool with sun deck, tennis courts, arcade, and a fitness room! The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.

No smoking/vaping permitted on the Braemar grounds. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
