Guest Access:
You can walk to everything including the beach, the local grocery store, bottle shop, newsagent, bakery and anything really. You can also walk to the local bike shop if you wish to hire bikes to travel further afield. Parking is easy with a two car lock-up garage under the house and space for up to four cars out the back. There is also free parking across the street.

The Neighborhood:
Burleigh Yamba is about as good as it gets as far as position goes in Yamba. From our place, you can walk to all five of Yamba's major beaches, the restaurants, the Pacific Hotel, the Lighthouse and to town.

Getting Around:
Everything is walking distance from Burleigh Yamba including the restaurants, the boutiques, the Friendly Grocer, the SPAR grocery store and the bottle shop. If you want to venture a little further you can hire bikes from the local bike shop. You can park two cars in the lock up garage, up to three cars in the back yard and there is free parking across the road.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that we have a strict policy of no pets, schoolies, parties, smoking, vaping or loud music. Please observe our local quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.

Please note that school holiday bookings are strictly Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum.

We do not provide beach towels. Please BYO.

If you intend to use the two extra single mattresses for your 12th, 13th or 14th guest, please BYO linen for these.

We share driveway access with our side neighbour.

We have noiseaware noise monitors in place to help us ensure there are no parties held on the premises.
