Outside, you'll appreciate the amazing and HUGE wraparound covered front porch with 6 rocking chairs and an outdoor table with seating for 8. The large steel fire pit is perfect for year-round togetherness. Play a rousing game of cornhole when you aren't relaxing! Inside, the inviting elements continue. You'll enjoy a cozy wood burning fireplace, a big dining table with plenty of seating for all, a soaker tub, custom built triple bunk beds, and even a secret sleeping spot way up in the tip top of the loft! This cabin has lots of brand-new comfy beds, big bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an extra refrigerator in the garage, full use of the two-car garage, big laundry room, all new appliances, and 5 smart TV's! A fun throwback is the landline telephone on the wall in the kitchen with all the menus for the local eateries so you can kick back, take it easy, and order take-out. This cabin is full of huge windows in every room to really bring the outdoors in. You'll enjoy every single season thanks to the beautiful open views!

This cozy retreat is the perfect place to bring the people you love most. Almost everything inside is brand new and has been thoughtfully chosen and designed with YOU in mind! A Perfect Family Getaway!

We had such a great time at this cabin! With 6 kids between the ages of 1 and 10 and 7 adults, we all fit comfortably. The dining and living areas were well suited for a large party and the patio and game rooms were great for keeping everyone entertained! A big thank you to the host for creating such a welcoming and beautiful environment 😍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Labor Day Weekend Fun

We loved this home! Very clean and cozy. Enough room for all 7 of us, plus some! Perfect space for hanging out, in and outside. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the gathering space so designed super cute. The property management team was responsive and easy to work with. We will be back! Awesome cabin for large group

We loved our stay at “over the river and through the woods” cabin. It was very clean. A lot of the cabin has been updated. The areas that haven’t been updated are still very clean and accommodating. The big garage was amazing and so nice for us because we had two trucks with all our snowboard gear. It kept our vehicles out of the elements all night so we were ready to head to the slopes without scraping and defrosting first. The only thing I wish this cabin had that would literally make it almost perfect is if the master bedroom had a super comfortable bed. The kids were fine with their beds but the parents need a phenomenal mattress and this cabin lacked a really good king bed in the master bedroom. I would definitely stay here again ‘IF’ there was a new soft, amazing bed in the master bedroom. The rest of the cabin is Fantastic!

Great Family Setup

This property made our family trip to Pinetop this summer. The setup is very conducive to spending quality time outdoors. We spent most of our time on the giant covered porch that included tables and rocking chairs overlooking a big driveway with a firepit. We could sit in the rocking chairs and watch the kids play cornhole and/or ride their bikes. The property was recently remodeled and clean. There are three bedrooms: 1) with two king size beds 2) with a queen bed and 3 bunkbeds 3) upstairs with 2 full beds and a ladder to another full mattress. Everything we needed was there. The location is one street over from a beautiful golf course and only about 5-10 minutes from restaurants. If you have a large family and are looking for a home to hang out, dine outside and enjoy each other's company, this is it!

My 2 grown children, their spouses and children, along with my hubby rented this home for our 42nd anniversary and my birthday. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
