Fell short of expectations

No curtains on the rear facing sliding doors, so always felt like we were in a fishbowl...especially after dark. Management had a washer and dryer delivered while we were there. Reported very significant bug problem in the pool and never got a response; pool guy showed up the day before we left. Looked like it hadn't been painted in a while. Sorry- but won't consider that property again.

Great house right on the water

House was very clean upon arrival. Pool area was where we spent most our time. Dock was lovely. Would recommend getting a boat to explore all Cape Coral has to offer but the house was a great relaxing area. Neighbors were nice. Quiet neighborhood which is what we were looking for.

Villa Reef Comments

Villa Reef is a wonderful place to stay. Pictures and description were very accurate. Would be helpful if laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash, toiletries were supplied or let people know that they will be needed. But a great place to stay. Location provides a beautiful sunrise.

property is very clean, very spacious, outside pool area is the absolute best as this is where we hung out most of the time enjoying the warm Florida weather, beautiful sunrises and sunsets gleaming off the canal water. Hubby enjoyed fishing off the dock and the tiki swings were awesome to sit in. Close to shops, restaurants etc. We will be back!

Great property and location

We had a great visit at this property. The outdoor space was amazing! The home is close to many restaurants and shopping areas. We went during the off season so there were no crowds. We visited Sanibel Island and other nice locations nearby. One improvement would be the air conditioning as the bedrooms were warm at night. They ask to keep the AC at an uncomfortable level. Overall it was really great!

The Perfect Outdoor Getaway

When I start my search for a property in FL, the most important thing to me is the outdoor space. This property had it all. First, check in was easy. As we walked in, the place was super clean! I am pretty picky about that. As I walked to the back of the house out to lanai, I was instantly set at ease as the property was exactly what was pictured and described in the listing. The lanai was amazing with offering a great place to eat at the dining table, a place to relax and read a book on the couch or soak up the sun on the lounge chairs. The pool was perfect size. And the dock and swing chairs were a great place for a cocktail and evening breeze. We love the location as, we visited Ft. Myers, Sanibel Island and took little day trips to explore the surrounding areas. We are looking forward to booking again for next year. While we had no issues, but instead just questions, the management was quick to respond! I would highly recommend this rental property!

We had a great time at this property. Located a short distance from multiple beaches we drove to. The pool was kept at the perfect temperature so we could enjoy it even in cooler weather. Our only complaint would be, it seems the water heater is too small for the property. We only got about 10 minutes of hot water so it was difficult to shower multiple people at the end of the day.

Holiday Stay

This was a great property for adults and it has easy access to the river from your back yard if you have a boat. It was great to be able to dock a boat at this house and enjoy the river as well as the house. Will stay here again if given the opportunity in the future. This house is not a brand new flashing house but it fits the needs and it is well laid out to accommodate a large group.
