Lassen Sie den Stress hinter sich und kommen zu Seagrove Beach, FL. Genießen Sie schöne weiße Sandstrände, oder in der Lounge von der Zwei-Klassen, 7500 Quadratmeter große Pool (saisonal beheizt). Die großzügige 1495 Quadratmeter große Eigentumswohnung, im Jahr 2002 abgeschlossen ist, kann bequem zehn Personen schlafen.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Schlafsofa in der Leseecke. Das Master-Bad verfügt über eine Jet-Badewanne und eine separate Dusche. Weitere Schlafgelegenheiten sind ein Queen-Size-Bett im Gästezimmer, eine Nische mit zwei Stockbetten und ein Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich. Jedes Zimmer öffnet sich auf einen eigenen Balkon mit Blick auf den smaragdgrünen Wasser des Golf von Mexiko.

Dunes of Seagrove, direkt an der Scenic Highway 30-A, ist nur wenige Minuten vom Meer und Wasser-Farbe, das saisonale Konzerte, Kunstfestivals verfügt und zahlreiche Restaurants der gehobenen Klasse. Golfen ist nur zehn Minuten entfernt in Santa Rosa Golf und Country Club. Sie nicht die Hafen bei Baytowne Dorf vermissen, die in Southern Living wurde.

Great fall break spot

Check-in was simple (and we were even able to get in early!), condo was very nice with all the amenities we needed, and location/proximity to beach was great. There were five of us so plenty of room, but it would be snug (esp with only two bathrooms) if you had the max capacity of 10 advertised.

Our new annual spot

This property is absolutely amazing and 100% as described. Unfortunately, we chose to leave just a few days into our trip because of Hurricane Helene, however, the owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. We were so surprised how quiet this unit was at night, so peaceful and just perfect!! We will be making this our annual family spot. Absolute perfection!

Pleasant stay on the beach

The unit is well maintained and has a beautiful partial ocean view. Beach area for building is not crowded. It takes a few minutes to get to the beach. The beds were comfortable. It was clean overall. Megan responded quickly if we needed something. Great space for 6 and not too crowded when we had 8 for a couple of days. There is a seafood market that had steaming (buddy's), restaurant (old Florida fishhouse) and coffee shop/bar with small lawn for sitting snd lawn games that we really liked...just a few minute drive or 15 minute walk.Some things to note that would've put the place over the top. There wasn't any beach towels. Just one random one in the closet. There are beach chairs, but they're old and rusted. The provided umbrella was broken so it wouldn't stay up if it got too windy on the beach. (You can rent onsite for 50-60 a day with chairs and umbrella.) There wasn't soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. A small cooler bag would've been nice to take to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked except for saran wrap and foil. Storage containers would've been nice too.

Great location!

We loved the location of this condo. Situated on the second floor, this condo was an easy 1-2 minute walk to private beach. Beach isn’t crowded like Destin. Balcony view of the beach was an added plus. Shower tubs could’ve been cleaner. Soap scum were visible. Kitchen and bathrooms beautifully updated. We would definitely stay here again.

Great getaway!

Our family (adults) enjoyed staying at this updated condo! We enjoyed the property amenities (pool, fitness center) as well as the ocean view. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. And just a short walk to the beach!! I highly recommend booking this condo for your next visit to Seagrove!

Even better than expected!

This place was even better than the pictures. Very spacious and well equipped. Super close to the beach and walkable to several restaurants/rental shops/ice cream. We went for Spring Break and had a great time.

We loved the location of this condo! The layout of it was perfect for our family and it had more room to spread out than some others we have stayed in. It was close to the beach and the umbrella service was nice and easy to use. We would definitely recommend it to families!

Perfect location and great for big family!!

We loved this condo. Something for everybody. The kids loved the pool and short walk to beach. Our grandma loved sitting on the deck and watching the ocean. Fitness center was perfect for my husband in the mornings. Breakfast was a short walk down the road! Spacious and perfect place to cook and hang out as a family.

Perfect Beach Get Away!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful condo! The September weather was perfect! Reservations and check in were super easy. Our host has a beautiful home in a wonderful location. Clean ! Everything updated! Comfortable! Facilities are well maintained! Awesome location close to shopping and dining. Lovely pools and beach location. We enjoyed dining on the large balcony! Best visit so far

Great vacation and great accommodations. Loved this condo. Very comfortable. If there were any negatives at all it was the cell service (assuming owner can’t do anything about that) and trouble with TV (run into this a lot now with so many using stream). Wanted to watch March Madness and couldn’t get anything live. Condo was really nice. Loved the balcony and spent a lot of time sitting out there. Pools were great especially the heated one and beach access was perfect! Hope to visit again soon!

30A Song Writer's Festival Stay

The condo was very clean upon arrival. Megan, the host, responded instantly every time I messaged her. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The patio was really big with comfortable furniture and a beautiful view. The neighborhood was super quiet and nice for our morning walks. The location was close to grocery, restaurants, and walking path. My husband said the workout facility on the property had plenty of nice equipment for a good workout. I highly recommend this property. We hope to stay there again.

Our stay

The views were amazing. The condo was okay. As far ad the cleaning goes, i would give it a zero rating. The white sheets were soiled and had black stains. If you’re staying at this property you need your own toilet paper , there was only half a roll for both bathrooms. There was big amounts of sand and over the carpet rug in the living room and some sand on the beds. There is build up dust every where There were left over dishes from previous guests. An okay stay but will not be coming back.

Great location and overall property

This was a great property and the location was great because it was a short drive to lots of great shopping, food and coffee. The cleanliness was the only drawback. The dishwasher had not been unloaded by the cleaning staff, there was no mop, so we bought a swiffer and mopped because the floor was kind of grimy in the main living spaces. Overall, the property was great and I’d definitely stay there again!

We have always loved vacationing at the gulf with its beautiful white sand beaches and bright blue water. When I found the 30A area, I felt like I had finally found the beach that I was always reading about in books. It is such a pleasant and laid back area where nature truly takes center stage.
