We stayed for ten days between returning from vacation and moving back into our condo.
There is a private entrance with keypad. The place is cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is well-equipped with most everything you would need for a short stay.
The bed is comfortable and there is a large storage area for clothes. Soft sheets and towels. Even a bathtub!
Unfortunately the neighbours' dog barked intermittently throughout our stay. Sometimes this could go on for over an hour. There is a private area to sit outside on sunny days, but if the dog is barking, it wouldn't be very pleasant.
It is a basement suite and the owners live upstairs and are quiet. However, it is an older house so you will hear them, but not uncomfortably so.
For us, although the neighbourhood is very beautiful, it was a bit far from downtown. The bus takes about thirty minutes with a walk to the stop of about five minutes. It is too far to walk into the city; however, there is a grocery store only minutes away. Restaurants would be about a twenty minute walk. If you have a car, it's safe to park your car, and then the location is fine.
They do have laundry facilities but there is a cost of $10 per load. About a twenty minute walk, there is a laundry mat that can be used and we chose to do that.
Overall, the neighbourhood is lovely, the suite well-designed, very clean and comfortable. However, the barking dog affected our stay and, personally, it was a bit far from downtown Vancouver.
