NOISE - There is a building boom going on throughout Gold Coast so there is potential for noise at times. We don't refund for constructions noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood. If anything is going on close by we have already adjusted our nightly rates accordingly.
The unit is great for large families or groups, singles, couples and business travelers... everyone really :)
I give my guests space but am available when needed
For the kids there is the Wax museum across the road and Slingshot and Adrenalin Park is within a short walk. Once they have had enough of that there is always the 2 pools for them to enjoy. You’re within walking distance to the beach, shops and all amenities. The beach is literally 300m walk away . . you don't even need to pack the car.
Surfers Paradise has everything to offer - theme parks including Sea World, Dream World, Wet & Wild and Warner Bros. Studios. Sensational wine bars, dining, entertainment and Casino with live shows. It also offers pure relaxation, exploring the Hinterland, water sports such as sailing, surfing, parasailing and jet skiing.
As much as we are in the Condor building, this is not a serviced apartment. This is a privately owned STR. We pride ourselves on being personable and accommodating as much as possible.
There is a security camera over the entrance.
I have updated a number of items in the unit since the photos, therefore some furnishings have changed since the photos.
For the home owners security, only guests who are booked are allowed access to the property. There is a fee if additional people are evident.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
You will be required to upload your ID and a selfie holding your ID to verify the booking details.
There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card.
A security bond of $550 is required prior to check in.

Although most of our guests do the right thing, the occasional abuse means that we must make you aware of the following.
• Keep noise to a reasonable level at all times and be respectful towards neighbours – remember noise travels. No loud music
• For security of the property, only guests who are staying at the property are allowed access to the property. There is an additional fee of $100 per person per day if people are evident above the booked number.
• Strictly no smoking or drugs – please smoke downstairs
• Leave the property in a similar state to how you found it
• Lock & secure the property, close all doors & windows
• If keys are lost a fee of $550 will be charged
A deduction may be made from bonds if the above is breached in any way.
