Situated in a family friendly cul-de-sac, the entry of Breezy Bay Retreat opens onto a light and airy living area. Downstairs is the modern kitchen, joining onto a dining area and lounge with wood fire place. The TV There are large glass doors opening onto an outdoor sitting area on the front side, as well as a separate outdoor dining and BBQ area.

Downstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed and large walk-through wardrobe to a private ensuite. The other downstairs bedroom is the bunk room for the kids. There is also a third toilet and powder room downstairs for family and guests to use.

Moving upstairs there is another TV with lounge area. This is a perfect area for the kids to get away to. The 2 bedrooms upstairs both have queen beds and the second bathroom services these bedrooms.

K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
