The condo is located in the sought after "Signature" complex of north Scottsdale. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps up to 8! 1st floor, with no stairs. Master bedroom offers a King bed, TV, attached full bath and sliding door to patio. 2nd Guest Room offers another King bed and TV. The 3rd Guest Room offers 2 sets of twin bunk beds (sleeps 4) and TV. The living area also offers another large TV which opens to the patio, dining room and fully stocked kitchen. Outside you will find a few tables and chairs to relax, along with an electric BBQ in case you do not want to walk the 1 minute to the pool area BBQ's.

The community center with all of the amenities is less than a 1 minute walk from the front door. There you will have access to a heated pool & spa, fitness room, locker rooms, steam room, sauna, library, business center, common area living room with television and full kitchen, BBQ area and fire-pit! What more could you ask for? The condo is a close walk to 2 grocery stores (AJ's & Safeway), Starbucks, many restaurants and more... Easy access to Loop 101 Highway, West-World, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale & McDowell Mountain Golf; as well as great hiking trails!

You will find Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts and a Park just around the corner, walking distance at "Horizon Park"!

The location is wonderful and the pool and gym are very nice and well kept. The unit fell a bit short on some basics. We were there one month. There were large closets but a total of 8 hangers in the whole place. This combined with the fact that there were no dressers or hooks made it very hard to store clothing. We went out and bought $30 worth of hangers. The unit slept 8 but there were six towels and one wash cloth. We went out and bought towels as well. For the kitchen we bought cookie sheets, a crock pot, additional glasses and a water pitcher. There were no cake pans or loaf pans. We even bought an end table for the living room as furniture their was sparse too. Toaster is broken but toaster oven works.

condo was larger than expected. the rooms are roomy, which is great. beds comfy, pool as expected, hot tub good, steam room very hot, didn't use the club house (aside from the little library), but that looked excellent, well located for access to freeway and groceries and shopping, safe neighborhood. Host was great and responsive on text - everything super easy.

Lovely, Convenient and Well-Situated
The condo manager went the extra mile to meet us and intro the property. Condo is comfortable and has all amenities a mature family needs. The pool is wonderful. Condo is near everything! A short drive to incredible hikes, shops and restaurants.

Family Vacation
Three ladies for this trip. The pool is close to the condo. For the most part not many people in the pool. Also hot tub. The condo is very comfortable. Easy access to the area , the freeway for venturing off. Once we figured out the TVs,. there were lots of choices for late night relaxing. Enjoyed the place. Would recommend it.

Great location
This condo complex was great. It was close to the highway and within walking distance of many restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies. The condo itself was very nice. Check in process was easy. The floors were left a bit dirty and I tried to mop but the mop was filthy. Also there were no instructions on how to do anything (get in to pool area, how to work tvs, check out process). We did extend our stay one day and that was simple to do which was great. The property manager was very responsive and the condo was a great size with a nice patio. Would def go back.

Outstanding North Scottsdale location. Near everything. Property amenities…pool, fitness…great. Stayed in unit a month, worked well for our group of 8 when they came out for Spring Break. A few minor maintenance issues, which were brought to attention of property manager. Also, kitchen was missing a few basic items which should have been there…decent sized coffee pot, blender, dish rags, broom…which we had to add to the mix. Unit recently upgraded, though, it seems. Nice flooring, beds. Very good experience.

Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental was nothing like we saw in the picture but it was nice nevertheless. The first night we stayed there several of us were getting bit. Since my husband and I had attended two baseball games on Thursday and one Friday we assume we were getting bit by mosquitoes at the baseball field. On Saturday when I woke up my whole arm was bitten I counted I had 32 bites on my arm, 10 on my leg and four on my foot. My husband had over 15 bites in my 80-year-old mom and a whole nother bedroom had seven bites. My brother-in-law had 17 fights. That day we inspected the rental and found a bed bug in two of the beds one in the main bedroom and another one in the smaller bedroom. We also saw an infestation of very tiny black ants as well as gnats in the bathroom. I documented all of this on my phone and prepared to make a thorough statement to management. I called the owner of The Villa on Saturday explain that to him and he said he would be out to spray he did not show up until the next day and for some reason he sprayed outside which was odd to us because all of the infestation was inside. I tolhe told us that since it was a Sunday all he could do was get an exterminator out as soon as possible which ended up being Monday and he would give us one day free and we had to leave the next day. I explained to him that my husband had a double header the next day and we really needed our rest it was very late that night when he called us back and we could not get another rental to accommodate us. So me and my mother slept in my rental van my husband and my brother-in-law farted out in the house and sprayed off insect spray on themselves. When I finally spoke back with the owner of the Villa Wes is his name, he explained to me that that Villa had not been occupied for 6 months and had the alligator goal to say we bought the bugs there. So now I only was I insulted I got no monetary compensation I am all bitten up as well as my family but he refused to take any responsibility
