The property also includes private docks and boat slips which are available to rent, convenient picnic and barbeque areas, professional tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball area and even a mini gym where you will find a universal machine, elliptical and treadmill.

Enjoy a leisurely stroll across the street through MCII's private and secure beach access to award winning Siesta Key beach with crystal white sand and the most beautiful sunsets you've ever seen.
