There is a half bath just off the foyer and a set of stairs to the second floor featuring a large bunk room with 5 twin beds. The lower level wrapped in water facing windows offers a second family room with 42" TV and adjacent wet bar/kitchenette, two bedrooms (one king, one queen), and a full bath with tub. Both lower level bedrooms now offer AC wall units, new for 2024! There is driveway parking for four cars. Nauset Beach is less than a mile form this home.
