Getting Around:
The condo is about a 50-minute drive from Cancun’s International Airport. (Check your mobile map apps for driving times as they will vary during the time of day) We’re happy to help you with arranging private transportation for you! Just let us know.

Once you arrive, you can walk to everything you want to do in town. You can also rent a bike, and there’s a nice bike path along 10th Avenue.

If you're driving, just be aware of the Parking Meters in downtown Playa. You need to feed the meter at the meter box (one per street) and display your receipt on the car dashboard (or risk car being immobilized). The meters are in operations from 10 am to 10 pm daily, max 6 hours.

Taxis are plentiful (just use registered taxis only), there are Colectivos (shared ride vans), and there are two ADO bus stations in Playa, with buses departing to Yucatan Peninsula destinations and other Mexican states. One is at 5th Avenue and Benito Juarez & the other is at 20 Ave with 12th Street.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that construction is taking place directly in front of the Singular Joy building. This construction is separate and independent from the condo and may cause noise daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM for at least the next five months.

There is no daily housekeeping service but the unit is always thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an extra fee.

Long-term stays are available. It's a great spot for a remote worker!

Additional Services: We're happy to assist you with other arrangements for a splendid vacation like weekly cleaning, airport transfers, tour info, and more. All of these services can be booked by contacting us prior to your arrival.

We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like fresh towels, drinking water, and toilet paper. The water and toilet paper are not replenished when you run out, so if you’d like to arrange grocery service to stock up, just let us know well in advance and we’ll handle it for you.

Electricity is not included for long term stays of 28 days or more. A meter reading will be recorded on the day of your arrival and then again on the day of your check out. Electricity for long term stays are charged a fixed rate of $5.22 pesos per kwh. The consumption will be charged through the booking platform or deducted from your security deposit.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

House Rules
- Travelers must be at least 23 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $200 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- It is requested to use the Safety Deposit Box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glasses, glass bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
The place is self-check in. The keys are in the lockbox and the access code to the lockbox will be provided to you before your arrival.
