Spacious 3-Bedroom, 3-Bath Condo – Just a 5-Minute Walk to the Beach!

Welcome to Xanadu 12-B, an impressively spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, this condo offers a fantastic blend of comfort and convenience, with access to a pool and tennis courts within the complex.

Each bedroom features its own private bathroom with a combination shower/tub, making mornings and evenings stress-free for everyone. The primary suite is equipped with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private balcony for relaxing. The second bedroom also includes its own balcony and a kitchenette with a microwave, sink, and tableware, perfect for added convenience. The third bedroom, furnished with two full-size beds, can accommodate up to 4 people.

The living room offers ample seating and opens onto a balcony furnished with a bistro table and chairs, providing views of the complex’s lagoon and lush landscaping. The dining area is equally accommodating, featuring a table for 6 and a breakfast bar for 2. The adjacent galley kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, cookware, tableware, and plenty of counter space and storage.

Xanadu Villas also boasts on-site amenities including a pool and private tennis courts for guests and owners.

With the beach just a short walk away, you can easily enjoy the sugary white sands and stunning Atlantic sunrises. Additionally, explore nearby attractions such as golf courses, dolphin and whale-watching tours, Sea Pines Forest Preserve, and the Coastal Discovery Museum. For shopping and sightseeing, the mainland’s outlet malls and the charming city of Savannah are just a short drive away.

Great Group Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit provided great space for 7 friends to spread out with 3 different decks, spacious bedrooms and a great table to play games on each night !The bathroom in the walk out bathroom had no fan and no hot water for the the sink. The master bathroom toilet water was turned off when we went to use it first evening— when we called property management the next morning they sent someone very quickly who also took his time to give us direction to get into TV systems as none of the 4 TVs had clear directions that worked . We found the chair/ foot rinse off hose for the property on the last day of our stay. So a more detailed property information sheet might be helpful to future guests.

Clean and comfortable

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Customer service friday, the day of arrival and the following Monday to Friday was excellent, Jimmy went above and beyond to help us. The weekend staff was not quite as helpful. The condo could use some updating in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked minimally but is sufficient if you don't plan big meals. The unit was extremely clean. The beds are comfortable. The laundry requires quarters and is very convenient to the door of the unit. The environment was clean and well cared for. The pool was clean with plenty of seating but not heated. The location was far enough from Coligny to be quiet and the back way in to the area avoided the traffic. Overall the stay was good and we will return.

Perfect hideaway

Family really enjoyed our stay at this property. Usually stay right beside Coligny Square and wasn’t quite sure how we would like staying down S. Forrest Beach a little ways. It was great, beach access was easy, and the property was clean, secure, and very nice.

Not worth the Price

My family and I were very disappointed in the upkeep of the condo for the price we were charged per night. The size of the unit was great, but needs ALOT of updating! The couch was very uncomfortable with the springs poking through, our feet were black from walking on the floors, and there was mold/mildew on the Master Bathroom vent. We found food and eyeglasses in dresser drawers and the mini fridge in the kitchen did not work. Overall, we feel we could have found something nicer for the price we payed.

Decent but needs work

Check was easy enough. Place was big and roomy. Dishes all had a greasy feel. I’m sure that was from cheap dishwasher tabs they used. Coffee maker really needs replaced. Couch definitely no good. Garbage disposal was fixed in very timely manner. Could not use balcony off living room that had only view other than parking lot because handle was broken and coutopen door. This was reported but never fixed. Pool was short walk, beach had easy enough access down narrow walkway, but definitely no view from room.

Terribly Dirty but Great Location

Dead Lizard in kitchen, sticky floors, hair in "clean" towels and sink, shower floor was so dirty, a bar of soap fell on the floor and was full of dirt when picked up. Carpet was crunchy (anyone heard of BISSELL), stains on kitchen wall, broken dressers, pillows non-existent... We could go on and you wouldn't believe it! Check-in process was very unclear, we were supposed to receive an email at 4 o'clock with instructions. When we contacted the property manager in advance for instructions we were only told we would receive an email at 4 and not until then would we get information. Other than that the location was fabulous.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not happy at all with the cleanliness of the place. The floors were very dirty your socks proved it. In the one bedroom was a dead huge cockroach. In the master bathroom the light above the vanity one bulb was burned out so it wasn’t very bright. The condo had a bad smell. Renovation work was going on underneath us and it sounded like they were drilling through the ceiling coming up through our floor. Whole point of a vacation is to relax and hard to relax when all you hear is power tools all day. Very unhappy with how the condo was as far as cleanliness and comfort. The couch should be thrown out it is so old and uncomfortable. The pillows on the bed are so flat it’s like not having pillows at all. And yes there were spare pillows in the closet but no pillowcases and the pillows were all stain so we did not even want to put our faces close to them. Next time will stay in a hotel it’s a lot cleaner and cheaper. Also says beach view and you cannot see the beach at all from the condo. The description on the website is not accurate.

Perfect for our family

The space was larger than I expected and was right across the street from the beach. Just a short walk each day. Everything met our expectations. It could use some updates, but we were happy overall. We would love to stay again next time we visit Hilton Head!

Happy Days at Hilton Head

Our stay at Xanadu was one of our best beach vacations! The accommodations were perfect for our family group of six, ages 8 to 69, providing plenty of space for everyone and a quick walk to the ocean. We are already looking forward to next trip!

Soothing, relaxing, convenient to everything!

Location is ideal, and this unit exceeded our expectations. Clean, spacious, ultra quiet. The master bath has been renovated recently with a beautiful and fantastic large tile shower. Very satisfying stay. Property Mgmt office is very responsive, helpful and friendly. Totally satisfied!

Weekend get away

The rooms were clean and the bedroom were big loved the master bathroom. Had problem with the cable box in the 2 and 3 bedroom they didn't work. Owner or property manager should have made sure everything was in working order before guess checked in other than that it was a good propertg.
