A favourite for families as there is a great grassed area with shaded picnic areas and BBQ facilities directly across the road. Perfect water conditions for children and a 4 lane all-tide boat ramp to launch your boat or jet ski, a public jetty to cast a line plus only a short stroll (800m) to the top of the Coastal Patrol lookout for the beautiful vistas over the waterways whilst enjoying a lovely morning tea or lunch.
Unit 15 is a two-bedroom, top floor unit with stunning water views from the balcony and living area. There is an open plan living area that has a high-definition digital TV with Foxtel IQ and DVD/CD player. A fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, microwave, and family size fridge/freezer.
The main bedroom has a Queen bed and a ceiling fan whilst bedroom two has a King single bunk and King single trundle bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, vanity and toilet, the bonus of having a private internal laundry with top loading washing machine is fantastic. Unit 15 has a double lock up garage plus there is ample parking on the complex grass area for a boat.
This complex is within walking distance to Shoal Bay Beach (400m), Wests Diggers Nelson Bay Club (950m), Little Beach Boathouse restaurant, café, and bar plus the popular takeaway/general store approx. 500m away. Nelson Bay CBD and D’Albora Marina are just over 2km away and offer boutique shopping, award winning restaurants and dolphin/whale watch cruise departures
Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am
