This 3 bedroom, 2 bath first floor end unit villa is located just west of Bethany Beach in the beautiful golf and beach community of Bear Trap Dunes. Features of the home include hardwood floors throughout the main living areas, updated kitchen cabinets with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The open concept living space features a gas fireplace and a separate dining area, ceiling fans, and a screened porch overlooking a pond. No smoking.

-Saturday to Saturday & Flex bookings allowed (3+ nights). See calendar for availability.
-Linens and towels not provided but are available for an additional fee of $205
-Bedding: King, Queen, Pyramid bunk (Double/Twin)
-Pets: Dog friendly. 2 dog max. Weight limit: 65lbs (no pit bulls-community restriction). Additional fees apply.

Beach Getaway

We enjoyed our time at this location. The only minor setback was the WiFi which was quickly straightened out the 2nd day of our stay. Would rent again!

Bear trap near Bethany beach

My husband and I and my daughter, her husband and one year old stayed at the property. We were pleased with the neighborhood, off the beaten path. Quick drive to the beach, beautiful beaches. Pool access without $50 fee would have been nice. Would have been nice to have more essential s in the house - no charge for sheets and towels, soap. Paper towels, TP, trash bags, spices, etc. dehumidifiers ran all day and night but still smelled musty - cleaning seemed superficial - needs a deep clean - lots of dirt and dust in corners

Cannot recommend!

The place wasn’t clean—especially the kitchen & bathroom. The kitchen was not well stocked. The washer/dryer wasn’t working well (made hideous noise, so we didn’t use it). The mattress in the main bedroom was lumpy & uncomfortable. The best feature was the deck.

Great Condo

We've stayed at Bear Trap Dunes many times, and this condo was perfect! Very clean and decorated beautifully! This had everything we needed and plenty of room for the whole family! We'd definitely rent this again.

A week in Bear Trap

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay at Bear Trap. We enjoyed the community and the amenities. The unit had a lot to be desired. The furniture was very uncomfortable and cheap looking. The unit had a terrible musty smell that hit you in the face every time you walked in the front door. The outside entrance needs to be cleaned up and concrete needs power washing. One of the beds was stained and strong smell of urine. Doesn’t seem to be a very well kept unit.

Time Away

My husband and I spent 2 weeks here and had a couple of my adult children and grandchildren for the weekend. There was plenty of space and convenient to the development’s amenities, shopping, and the beach. We worked remotely and had no connectivity issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a great place to stay with a beautiful view. We greatly enjoyed going onto the porch and watching all the wildlife that came to the pond. Only issues were that if you're being charged a cleaning fee that the place would have been cleaner, and if you have dogs be careful because some of the people in the surrounding condos do not leash theirs and will also let them deficate on your grassed area and not clean it up.
