We loved the location and convenience of the condo. Understandably there were still a few things still being repaired from the hurricane - fencing, lobby, gym etc but none of it was a problem. We had a great week!

Hotel condo was clean, and comfortable

We were impressed by the amenities. The large pool was so inviting. Great location and easy access to the beach. Condo was exactly as the pictures. Comfortable beds. Only problem is was the beach chairs were missing, but Itrip brought us new ones the next day along with new umbrella.

Outstanding

6 members of our family, including three year old and a toddler had a great five night stay at Sun Vistas. We have enjoyed our late winter/early spring trip to Treasure Island for quite a few years. This year meant something more to us because of last year’s devastating hurricane. We appreciate all the restaurants/shops/stores that have worked tirelessly to create a welcoming place. We applaud what Sun Vistas has done. This is a very clean location. The view of pool and the Gulf of Mexico was appreciated. Rooms were comfortable. All appliances worked well…. Great stay

This property is in desperate need of a deep clean. The doors, floor boards and walls are dirty. The floor was also not scrubbed - when some water spilled, I wiped it up and the towel was gray from the first on the floor that came up.The kitchen was the cleanest, which is nice. However, we were only given one dishwasher tablet for our 3 night stay so we had to wash dishes by hand after the first day. The towels were horrible. There were 4 very old beach towels and the bath towels were maybe new and they stuck to your skin when you tried to dry off, making them unusable.The dryer must have some type of grease in it as it stained a few of our clothes we put in there.The hot tub was nice and the pool area was nice, but the pool heater was not working, so the pool was freezing. It would have been nice to know that. From other guests, it sounds like it hasn’t been working for some time and we could have been warned.The beach and location to John’s pass were great. It was just very clear this is a very used unit that needs some major TLC.

Quick getaway to Florida over winter break

Although the hurricanes hit hard here only recently, the building was in good shape and the pool and beach were open. The apartment was perfect for our needs and the kitchen was well equipped. We were missing bedding for the sofa on our first night which was a bummer, but it was delivered the next morning. We appreciated the beach towels and beach toys, and especially the easy access to the huge beach!

Great property

We loved the location. Right on beach, nice pool, kid pool, 2 bars and a restaurant on the property. We didnt need to leave. St John's pass was close for other activities but unfortunately we were evacuated due to a hurricane before we could explore. Property owners were great and communicative during the process and issued a refund. Nothing you can do about the weather. Would stay again!

Location was nice

Location was nice, the booking process was very easy. They were very quick to respond to any questions I had. Property is close to beach and restaurants. We walked to John’s pass daily. Only thing I would recommend is the condo could benefit from a deep cleaning you can tell it has seen a lot of traffic.

Perfect Beach Weekend

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. We had 4 adults and a 2 year old. The condo was clean, comfortable and so spacious! We even rented a crib through baby away and set it up in the living room and it didn’t feel crowded. They had beach toys and chairs in the closet and a washer and dryer in the unit which was so handy. The view of the water and pool from our balcony was even better than expected. The pool and beach were clean and well kept. The complex was also very family friendly. Our toddler loved every minute of it. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a fantastic weekend getaway!

We loved it here. The condo was perfect for my husband, me and my teenage son. It was very clean and right on the beach. Nice bar downstairs to have a drink, small store on second floor with provisions and a cafe. Best part was owner communication. I can’t say enough about the kindness and professionalism shown by the owner. Absolutely perfect stay.

Our stay was wonderful. The place was perfect and the host responded to my text right away. Very clean and VERY COMFORTABLE. Convenient to everything. I will definitely stay here again and 10 out of 10 I would recommend!!!!!!!! The grounds are beautiful and it’s very obvious that they are kept up with. Location is amazing!

We loved the location. The Tiki bar was fun and convenient. The cafe super convenient. Our condo was nice but a bit dated and had a stale smell. We would definitely book time in that building/ condo again. It was easy to access and you all were easy to work with.

Great location, well kept and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The kitchen was really under supplied with basics (no cutting board, 9x13 pan, cookie/baking sheets). When we mentioned this, they did fix this within 24 hours.

Wonderful Beach Condo

Your condo was just a pictured and the perfect place for my son, his wife and 2 toddlers to enjoy their vacation. Thank you for providing a pak-n-play! The condo was very clean and the sand toys were a hit with the kids. Close to the pools, restaurant, and beach!! It was great that we could rent two other condos in the resort for the rest of our family. We plan to return!

Relaxing

This was a very comfortable condo with all the immenities I needed. I arrived early and asked if I could get in early. Within 10 minutes I received a new door code allowing me to settle in. It is close to the beach with easy access and I enjoyed my walks each day. The pool looked nice but I did not use it. This location is close to several good restaurants. Overall it was a great experience and very relaxing.

4 day get away

Clean comfortable condo on 2nd floor across from elevator. King bed in main bedroom very comfortable. Nice large shower in unit. All newer appliances. Could use some new pots and pans, but who wants to cook much on vacation! Very nice and well maintained grounds. Was surprised that large outdoor pool was heated! Large beach area, great for walking and shell finds. Not crowded like other area beaches. Reasonable distance to the shoreline water. Fine sand, clean no trash, no dead fish, no stringy seaweed, no jellyfish. Some other condo places along Treasure Island beach would have a long walk thru the sand to the water. Also able to walk north to John's Pass board walk area on Madeira Beach for dinner and shops. General area is centrally located, so can drive north to Clearwater or south to St Pete's beach for other beaches or restaurants. Could have used a small throw rug at the door to catch more fine sand. Couch (pull out bed style) in living room was not in best shape. TVs (3) nice, but hard to find out how to use, what was on at any time. No one stayed in double bed in 2nd bedroom across from elevator so not sure how noisy there, but as on 2nd floor, not sure many would bother to use elevator anyway.

Good not hreat

Location was great, view of ocean is limited. Room was very clean some of the furniture needs updating especially the couch. Beds were very comfortable appliances fairly new. Nice large bathroom walk in shower was great. Television needs some written help guide took me quite awhile to figure it out. Also the wireless network is not great major pain to continuously need to re-connect.
