Hurricane update 10-29-2024 - as of today, roads are open, power is up and running, Wi-Fi is working, Elevators are working, Beach is open, and the pool is open with the pool heater installed yesterday and it is currently warming up the pool. We will soon get an update on when the lazy river, slides, and kiddie section will be open for use, but repair date is currently unknown.
Update on 10-1-2024 - The waterpark annual maintenance will happen sometime around mid-January, exact dates have yet to be determined. During this time, the park closes down whatever section they are working on.
4 FREE daily water park passes and parking for one car is included! 3/5 minute walk to the BEACH! This 2/2 condo is located at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. This 6th floor "end" unit has a balcony that overlooks the Intracoastal and another that overlooks the Water Park! Come stay in this rare unit. There is a fully stocked kitchen that even includes a stackable washer and dryer.
This beautiful two bedroom condo sits on Splash Harbour Water Park in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. This unit is unique in that it has two private balconies, one overlooking the water park and the other overlooking the intercostal waterway. It is close to many great restaurants, family friendly activities and short block and a half walk to the beach.
The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, WIFI and includes 4 daily water park passes.

The water park, 4 free passes come with every reservation for the duration of your stay.
You are so close to many restaurants, boat and bike rentals, ice cream shops and the beach is a 3 minute walk from the unit.
There is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast for a minimal daily fee.
The host will provide you with the start up of toilet paper, paper towels, a laundry/dishwasher pod, garbage bag and hand soap. It is up to you to provide whatever else is needed for your stay.
You will need to bring the water park passes to the gift shop before entering the park. They will scan them and put a wrist band on you that will need to be worn while at the park. It is there that you can purchase the additional passes. The pool is part of the water park but does stay open later than the park. It is then that passes are no longer needed at the pool area.
Owner has provided beach towels, beach chairs, and a wagon for you to bring these items to the beach. These items are located in the exterior closet.
You have access to the 6th and 7th floor Sundeck.
There is a Mr. Coffee coffee maker
Trash closet is located next to the elevator.
Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures. Check in is any time after 4PM.
Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences, and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.
EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
