The parking garage can easily accommodate most regular cars and small SUVs. If you have a larger SUV, truck, or van, the garage turns are tight and it will be difficult to park there. You may need to park on the street or another parking lot nearby, which is not included in the reservation.

This apartment is on N. Broad Street, which is a major arterial street in Philadelphia. There is potential for street noise at night especially during warm weather days when cars are more plentiful.

The cleaning fee covers laundry and cleaning service to prepare the apartment for your stay. For additional cleaning services during your stay, please feel free to contact us and we can arrange with an additional fee.

For longer-term stays over 1 week, we will provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Soap and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) can be refreshed as needed. Additional household items will need to be purchased by the guests.

We supply dishware, flatware, cooking utensils and pots and pans. We DO NOT supply cooking ingredients such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, spices, etc. Given the health situation, we want to minimize the potential for transmission through shared supplies. Please make sure to bring your own cooking supplies if you intend to cook.
