San Carlos 1201, located at 365 East Beach Blvd, is the perfect beach vacation spot you've been searching for! Spend your time in this beautiful property, complete with zero-entry pool, exercise room with windows facing the Gulf, and relaxing sauna. Walk less than half a mile on the beach, and you arrive at the Hangout restaurant and local shops and attractions!

This lovely three bedroom unit features a fully-equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and a wet bar. With two en suites, the first master suite, which has access to the beach front, corner balcony, has a king size bed and walk in shower – and garden tub. The second en suite has a queen bed. The guest bedroom has two full beds, access to a third bathroom, and a window overlooking Gulf State Park.

If you're looking for stunning views, spacious accommodations, wonderful amenities, and a convenient location, look no more; San Carlos 1201 is for you!

~ Vehicle passes are purchased on site for $50. Amenities bracelets are free of charge.

We loved that the condo was within walking distance of several great restaurants; everything you could want was nearby. Parking at the building is somewhat limited, but there is a large lot directly across the street. Our family also appreciated the elevators in the building. There are three of them and they are all fairly fast. We have stayed in other condominiums where trying to get an elevator can be a nightmare. There were also plenty of carts on site to assist with move in and move out. The condo itself was as advertised, very comfortable, with everything we needed. We hope to visit again in the future.

Reviewer Comments: A beautifully furnished condo - tasteful decor, comfortable beds and bedding, nice outdoor furniture on balcony, well-equipped kitchen with newer appliances, full size washer and dryer, large newer TVs with Dish TV and a full range of channels, including SiriusXM music channels. The Zero-entry pool is large, clean, and very nice with "sun sails" providing some welcome areas of shade. 3 elevators are very fast. Plenty of parking. Appreciated the visible security presence. Only issues - the sliding door to the patio from the living room wasn't working properly, but the other sliding door from the master bedroom worked fine. It would be helpful to provide a stepladder. The kitchen is well stocked with beautiful dishes and glassware, but the kitchen cabinets extend to the ceiling, making the top cabinets impossible to reach. The balcony isn't as private as some due to being a corner unit - and there were some noisy neighbors at the building next door - but the open end allows for more breezes, which were welcome. The Sea and Suds restaurant just down the beach has a loudspeaker that is used constantly to announce when various tables are ready; that is very annoying - someone should contact them about this. Other than these small things, this truly is the best condo I've rented in over 30 years of summer visits to Gulf Shores. Eager to return!

We loved it
The Condo was Awesome. Great location, clean, and well maintained. Check-in was a little late. The contract stated between 3:00 and 5:00 pm but I had to call at 6:00pm just receive the code to the room. Since this was a very busy time of year we did not think to much into it and the lady with Bender answered immediately. Overall a great vacation for our family
