Could’ve been cleaner

Upon arrival check-in took a little longer than anticipated but no big deal. When we made it into the property it was a great location right on the beach but unfortunately the first thing I saw was remnants of goldfish crackers and other food on the ground and there was also a dead palmetto bug right next to the master bed along with some more food crumbs and hair in the shower. Other than the cleanliness our stay was great. We will definitely give it another chance.

Nasty

I have a whole list of issues but the main thing was upon arrival it was disgusting. I took pictures and after waiting almost a whole 24 hours to get ahold of the realty company they only offered to clean it which I had already spent my whole first day of vacation doing. Not to mention buying cleaning supplies to do so. After arguing with them they gave me a whole $100 back. Elliott realty is a complete joke. And Sanabel is nasty.

Older building but great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It's beachfront with easy beach access and the property management co was good to work with. The building is a bit older and a tad run down, and while we were there one of the elevator cars broke down and remained down our entire week there. The other elevator car also broke down once--they had to call the fire dept to rescue the person stuck in it--but it was soon fixed. Our unit was nice, though we of course had to bring our own sheets and re-stock the soap when we arrived. The couch wasn't a sleeper, which would have been nice and would have easily added more sleeping to the unit, so that's a suggestion for the owner. The front door privacy lock (the one that allows you to open the door to talk to visitors but keep the door secured) broke off twice, so it wasn't secured. But overall, it's a good property in a great location on a very nice stretch of beach. There's ample parking, and the pool was good too. For the price and location, we can recommend staying here.
