The master bathroom has a large shower and the second bathroom has a shower stall. On the main floor, there is a small powder room with toilet and sink. Private washer/dryer.

PARKING and AMENITIES
There is one free underground parking stall. This unit has a private 6-person hot tub on the deck. IMPORTANT: Property bylaws strictly forbid private hot tub use before 8am and after 10pm. Use of the hot tub outside of the permitted hours will result in bylaw fines (minimum $500). Repeated violations of the hot tub usage bylaw may result in eviction.

DISTANCES
The free Village shuttle stop is across the street and will take guests to the lifts in under 5 minutes. Golf is less than a 10 minute walk away, the lifts are a 7 minute walk away, and the Village amenities are right across the street.
