Our 2 bedroom property is located at the quiet end of the main Whistler Village Stroll. Fully renovated to the studs to an open configuration granting more living area and storage. Upgrades include a king bed, spa-quality bathrooms, gourmet kitchen with built-in Miele appliances, a washer/dryer alcove in the ensuite and plenty of storage for larger groups.

Enjoy spectacular views of both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains from the living room, sit outside on our balcony and enjoy a quiet evening looking over the village stroll or listen to live concerts at the Olympic plaza in the summer! Walk outside to a full size grocery store, liquor store, Blenz Coffee, the Olympic Celebration Plaza and countless shops and restaurants. It is within walking distance to the Whistler-Blackcomb gondola’s and ski lifts and also on the Whistler Village free-shuttle bus route.

The property sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master bedroom, double lower bunk, a twin top bunk and two custom made double-bed sofa beds in the living room. All beds are exceptionally comfortable including the sofa beds with their 6” memory foam mattresses!

Enjoy a fully equipped professional kitchen with Miele's Induction cooktop, a Miele combination convection/microwave speed oven, a built in Miele refrigerator and a Miele dishwasher that is so quiet you won't know that is is running.

Both bathrooms have been fully upgraded to a spa level complete with Italian porcelain, Italian fixtures, heated tile, vanities with a generous amount of storage, an oversized ensuite shower, a deep soak tub and an alcove washer/dryer in the ensuite!

Stay entertained with our 55" curved Samsung 4K HD Smart TV and Telus HD TV service. Also available is an Apple HD TV console, Netflix's and 50 MPS high speed internet.

Enjoy the warmth of our fireplace in the winter and our new air conditioners on those hot summer days!

The Marketplace complex offers an outdoor covered common area hot tub, we include our assigned underground free parking spot in addition to any available visitor spots, 3 elevators/lifts and a guest laundry room. Skis and snowboards are allowed to be carried into the building and stored on the large balcony.

Available to responsible adults over the age of 25 unless accompanied as part of a family. Upon check-in our front desk service will request to check guest ID to verify that minimum age requirements are met and they'll require a credit card pre-authorization as typical with all hotel check-in arrangements.

Condo was excellent! Great location being right at the marketplace and bus made getting to the mountain extremely convenient. Close walking distance to all restaurants in the village. The bunk room is tight especially if you are taller but overall the condo fit 4 adults comfortably. Only complaint was there was no laundry detergent in the unit. It does say it’s not included by house keeping in the welcome instructions but was frustrating having a washer dryer and not be able to use them until we got detergent and it would be seemly very easy to just keep a large bottle stocked in the unit. Overall loved the place though and would recommend and stay here again next time we’re in Whistler.

Convenient location and high quality, modern unit
This unit is right in the village, near a grocery and liquor store as well as beside nature trails. The unit itself has been beautifully renovated and is well-stocked. We were pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the appliances and finishings give that it is a rental unit. The second bedroom is quite small but my husband and I had no problems fitting in the bunk beds. Mattresses and pillows definitely on the firm side, so bring your own pillow if you like something softer. Lots of storage and hooks throughput the unit. They’ve made the most of a small space. No bbq though. Only downside was that the second bedroom gets a bit hot, even with the air exchange fan going. It would be nice if it had separate A/C. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Dave, thank you for sharing your condo with us! The condo is spotless, modern yet inviting, and the use of space for storage is thoughtful. Market Village can’t be topped in terms of the location. We loved overlooking the Olympic Plaza and Blackcomb resort. Dave’s communication with us was frequent and filled with details to make logistics of the trip go smoothly. This was our second trip to Whistler and we are looking forward to many more.

Great Modern Condo!
Don't hesitate to book this unit, we would definitely stay here again! It is a great location, easy to get on the free bus to ski, the condo is fully remodeled and appointed nicely, owners were helpful and great with communication. The only two small things to note: the bunk beds aren't as large as they look in the pics, probably best suited for younger kids, (although the bottom bunk is fine for a smaller adult), and the mattresses in all the beds are the memory foam type, which took a little getting used to, but it was fine, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here in the future.

Amazing Condo in North Village
First: let me say that I struggled to decide whether to leave a 4- or 5-star review. While the check-in process was rough -- not the owner's fault -- the condo itself is perfect for a small family or group. The kitchen is perfectly stocked, all beds including the sofa beds were made prior to arrival, and the fireplace was a great amenity. It's also a pretty good location in North Village, but be aware that it's literally the farthest building away from the lifts. The ONLY reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is the beds; they are VERY hard. It was like sleeping on the floor. And, the bunk beds seemed custom built to fit the width of the room, and my friend and I couldn't fully stretch out. I actually spent nights 2-5 on the sofa bed, because it was more comfortable than the actual beds. So the place is almost perfect, but with two "warnings:" the beds aren't comfortable unless you prefer very hard mattresses, and if you don't have a place near the lifts to store your equipment the walk to/from the lifts is a pain. Overall, we're very happy with our stay and would stay here again!

Nice condo and great location
The condo was really nice and slept 5 comfortably. It is conveniently located, well-furnished and had everything we needed, and having two bathrooms was great! It is on the top floor so no noisy footsteps from above, and the deck has a good view of the Olympic Plaza. There was just a bit of noise from snow plowing machines early in the morning, but other than that very quiet. Another plus was having a dedicated parking spot in the underground garage. The owner, Dave, was very responsive and provided all the information and details needed for a smooth check-in and stay.

We stayed here (me and my 17 and 21 year Olds) for 6 nights. I chose the apartment as it looked to be in a great spot and had a bedroom for the kids and a separate bathroom for them. It was in immaculate condition throughout, with great care taken to ensure everything was easy. The location was brilliant with easy access to the village, Olympic plaza, market. The view from the lounge, main bedroom and balcony was very special, looking over the Olympic plaza to both Blackcomb and Whistler beyond. The only very minor issue was the second bedroom is quite small and a little hot overnight for 2 near adult kids. Would be ideal for smaller kids. Would highly recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Great location and family friendly
We had a pleasant stay. There's a really nice view of Blackcomb and Whistler and lively Olympic Plaza outside the window with nice atmosphere and pretty lights in the trees in the evening, and despite some street noise, we wouldn't trade it for the parking lot view on the opposite side of the building. Exceptional easy access to skiing with only about 10 min walk to Whistler gondola. We stayed at Westin in the past but we enjoyed getting out in village more, especially because we like the food better in the north part of village. We loved the style of apartment - light colors - and new too. A thorough cleaning between stays would have been nice but the apartment had everything we needed and it is located with nice cafés (vegan as well), restaurants and grocery store in very short walking distance. Very family friendly. We booked our next stay already.

Really loved this place
We stayed at this property for one week and we really loved the place and couldn't recommend it more. We have been skiing in Whistler for over 30 years! We're now a family of three who still love to spend our holidays either on the mountains or soaking up the great Whistler atmosphere.

For several years we had rented units in most of the buildings in the village during our holiday visits, but concluded that Marketplace Lodge is a hidden gem as as it is in the main village but at the quieter end, away from the night clubs, but surrounded by all the key amenities. We originally bought a 1 bedroom unit in this building in 2008 and enjoyed that space for several years. When our family grew in 2015 we quickly realized that we would need a larger space for family holidays, so in 2017 we purchased this unit. This building is ideal for our lifestyle since it is zoned for 100% owner use without any restrictions, allowing us to rent the space as it suits our schedule. Managing nightly rentals in recent years have become effortless with the advent of websites such as VRBO; once booked, we coordinate all reservations through a front desk service where they help us to manage the property and coordinate maintenance and housekeeping.

The views from this unit are spectacular and the type of view that anyone visiting the village would want to enjoy. We renovated this space in 2019 to suit our lifestyle, reducing the space to the studs and stripping away interior partition walls to allow for a more open living space than what was offered by the original layout. All appliances were upgraded to the highest quality and sized perfectly for the space. In the ensuite the shower was increased from the small neo-angle corner shower typical in this building to a regular sized shower while this unit is unique with its' king sized bed in the master. The bunk room space was renovated to increase the living space, allowing for a double bed on the bottom bunk while the living room is adequate to allow for two sofa beds to help ensure everyone gets their own bed and gets a good night rest..
