Primely located within walking distance to Mudgee’s main street, this double brick bungalow is character-filled inside and out; while the delightful front verandah and well-manicured gardens add to the home’s overall charm.

Inside, you’ll find a well appointed open plan living area with an eye-catching Baroque-style mural. Get together on the plush sofa situated in front of a smart TV or kick back on the recliners with a book fronting the wood-burning fireplace. The timeless kitchen combines modern conveniences while still maintaining some of its original features. It is fully-equipped with all the essentials, plus a coffee maker and dishwasher for easy clean up. Enjoy meals at home around the dining table or make your way out to the back patio for alfresco dining. The backyard is set up for entertaining with ample space to enjoy the outdoors. Three bedrooms sleep a total of five guests, all equipped with ceiling fans to ensure a comfortable sleep. The master and second bedroom are both set with plush queen beds and open out to the leafy front porch, while the third bedroom offers a single bed and an additional single trundle bed upon request. Colourful walls, an ornate fireplace and contemporary furnishings bring out the bedrooms’ lively atmospheres. The renovated, ultra-modern bathroom adds a luxurious touch, with a glass shower, large vanity and free-standing soaker tub, plus complimentary toiletries. An outhouse serves as an additional half bathroom, further adding to your convenience.

Firewood packs can only supplied to guests from April to September. Please note, firewood can be pre-order and purchased at an additional cost. Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to arrange for firewood to be provided.
