LIVING AREA
Please enter using the easy keyless smart lock and step into the gorgeous, sun-filled sitting area that overlooks the park from its wall of windows and features a plush sectional sofa and two matching armchairs that wrap around the room.
Behind is the living space where you can relax on the low-line sofa as you catch up on all your favorite shows and movies on the wall-mounted Smart TV. The sofa also converts into a comfortable sleeping space for two more guests.
KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the streamlined, fully equipped kitchen with sleek granite benchtops and stainless steel appliances. A full-size fridge/freezer with filtered water and an ice dispenser are ready and waiting. A freestanding oven and cooktop, a built-in microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher take care of all the cleaning up, giving you more time to relax.

Off the living area are the cozy downstairs bedroom with a single bed, a beautiful antique dresser where you can unpack and make yourself home, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a vanity stocked with all the essentials.
Take the stairs up to the home's second level, where you will find an additional four spacious bedrooms and two sparkling bathrooms.
Bedroom two is filled with a luxuriously large four-poster king bed and offers views out to the park from the large windows. Bedroom three is the lavish primary suite. Enjoy two comfortable Full beds topped with soft, hotel-quality linen and bedding, an attached full bath with double vanity, and a walk-in shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so you don't have to bring a thing.
Bedroom four features a vibrant four-poster queen bed, and finally, bedroom five, with two sets of bunk beds, is the ideal family room for teens or kids where they can hang out slumber party style each night.
There is an additional, full bathroom with all the essentials on the second and soft fluffy towels for each guest, along with a fully stocked laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Outside is the decked patio area where you can catch up with friends on a sunny afternoon with a BBQ overlooking the secured grassy yard, the perfect place for a nightcap or your morning coffee.
Venture out across the street to the beautiful Tower Grove Park, where you can spend hours exploring the walking trails, monuments, world-renowned botanical gardens, and the Farmers Market held most Saturdays. Then make your way Downtown, just a 10-minute drive, where you can enjoy everything the city offers.

The Neighborhood:
Take a stroll through the pleasant neighborhood or enjoy a picnic in the nearby Tower Grove Park. You'll find great restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area.
Tower Grove South is a vibrant south St. Louis City neighborhood steeped in history, grounded in community, and rich in architecture and flora.
Across the road from the house is the stunning Victorian Tower Grove Park, an elegant 19th-century Victorian walking park that features pavilions, statues, fountains, and mock classical "ruins.". If you happen to be visiting on a Saturday, there is a great Farmers Market within the park from 8:00am – 12:30pm between April 10 – November 6, where you can stock up on fresh produce and other goodies.
The neighborhood's Missouri Botanical Garden welcomes visitors to one of the top three botanical gardens in the world. Renowned for its beautiful landscaping and flowers with a Japanese Garden, a Climatron geodesic dome, a whimsical Children's Garden, and a garden dedicated to George Washington Carver.
On a sunny afternoon, load up the self-guided historic walking tour on your phone and take an interactive walking tour around the neighborhood.
Then, travel worldwide on foot with unique stores and eclectic shops as well as a vast array of ethnic restaurants covering more countries than Epcot with Turkish kebabs, Vietnamese pho, Ethiopian injera, and Thai papaya salad – just to name a few.
