The Park City bus system offers bus stations close by at the Park City Library and the base of the Park City Resort. It provides transportation to downtown Park City and Canyons, Deer Valley, Kimball Junction, and points in-between. The Park City Library is within walking distance from the home – great for winter sledding and summer activities or enjoy the Park City Film Series from September to May in the library’s auditorium. Access public hiking and biking trails via Empire Avenue. Nearby City Park offers tennis courts, a playground, volleyball courts, picnic pavilions, a skate park, baseball diamond, and a paved walking/biking path (Poison Creek Path) which offers easy access to Main Street as well as additional trails.

This family-friendly vacation rental features a well-stocked kitchen with cookware, bakeware, glassware, utensils, and dinnerware, a dining room area that will seat 8 guests, heated floors, a spacious living room with a gas fireplace, a new outdoor hot tub and plenty of room for couples or families to spend time together after a day on the mountain and plenty of closet space for storage. The kitchen is stocked with basic spices, tea, cocoa, flour, and sugar. The home offers plenty of beds for multiple couples or large families. The vacation home offers 1 Queen bed in the master bedroom with gas fireplace and flat-screen television, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom with television, 1 Queen in the third bedroom with a flat-screen television, and 1 Queen in the fourth bedroom with a flat-screen television. Televisions on Levels 1 and 3 are Smart TVs only; all others are equipped with Comcast Cable and Smart TV access. A Pack n Play is available upon request. The living room offers a DVD player. The home also offers a full-sized laundry room with front-loading washer and dryer and is air-conditioned for summer rentals. The driveway and front walkway are heated by radiant heat, and the home uses solar power to contribute to Park City’s green initiatives. The garage can house one vehicle, or you can use the garage as a gear room and park two vehicles in the driveway.
