Dieses gemütliche Cottage ist in klassischer Cayman-Architektur gehalten und liegt so weit weg vom Glanz, den Menschenmassen und dem Nachtleben des 11 km langen Strandbereichs, den Sie auf Grand Cayman erleben können. Dieses neu aufgelistete / renovierte Cottage verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer (beide mit Kingsize-Betten) und ein eigenes Bad. Jedes der unabhängig klimatisierten Schlafzimmer bietet einen uneingeschränkten Blick auf das Meer. Stellen Sie sich vor, Sie wachen auf und sehen zu, wie die Sonne von Ihrem Bett aufsteigt! Der große Raum hat auch zwei weitläufige Ausblicke auf das Meer, wo Sie sitzen und die Meereslandschaft beobachten oder eines der mehr als 50 Bücher lesen können (meist Spionage- und Spannungsromane). In der voll ausgestatteten Küche finden Sie alles, was Sie austeilen möchten, und einen großen Kühlschrank, einen Herd, einen Backofen und eine Mikrowelle. Für Ausflüge zum Lebensmittelgeschäft oder zum Mitnehmen Ihres frischen Fangs steht ein Kühlschrank zur Verfügung. Ein Holzkohlegrill ist ebenfalls erhältlich, wenn Sie Ihren frischen Fang gern grillen.

Dies ist ein Anwesen direkt am Meer, kein Blick auf das Meer oder den Yachthafen. Selbst an den heißesten Tagen hält Sie die nordöstliche Brise kühl. Das Schnorcheln ist direkt in Ihrem Garten ausgezeichnet. Wann immer die Stimmung zuschlägt, begeben Sie sich in Ihren eigenen Schnorchelhimmel. Viele Rifffische, Muscheln, Hummer, Krabben und Korallenformationen (Hirschhorn und Gehirnkoralle) können Sie erkunden. Wenn Sie an einem ruhigen Tag über das Barriereriff hinausgehen, können Sie auf fast alles stoßen.

Die Miete beinhaltet die Nutzung von zwei Einzelsitz-Kajaks, vier Liegestühlen, Tischen im Freien, Schwimmwesten, Holzkohlegrill und WLAN.

Von hier aus ist es eine kurze Fahrt zum Rum Point oder zum Kaibo Yacht Club, wo Sie eine Auswahl einzigartiger kulinarischer Erlebnisse genießen können (dh nackte Füße im Sand, gutes Essen) oder ein Boot zum Angeln, Tauchen oder für einen Besuch chartern können nach Sting Ray City. Wenn die Bedingungen es erlauben, ist es ein Muss, die Biolumineszenzbucht mit dem Kajak zu erleben. In Grand Cayman muss man mindestens einmal mit den Stachelrochen in Sting Ray City ins Wasser. Sting Ray City bei Sonnenaufgang ist magisch! Wenn Sie sich für Tauchen interessieren, ist das beste Tauchen in Grand Cayman Ocean Frontiers (meiner Meinung nach), nur 30 Minuten die Straße runter am East End.

Wonderful!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely beachfront house. The house is tastefully decorated and was clean. The beds were really comfortable and great views of beach from both bedrooms. This house is perfect for two couples and I love how the bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms were set up the same. The location was perfect for us and close to so many places like Rum Point, Starfish Beach and nearby grocery store. House was stocked with all that we needed. There was only one working paddle for the two kayaks. After a quick call a couple more paddles were left at the property in the following days. We had a great 10 days at this location. We would definitively stay here again!

Stunning views & comfortable stay

The house was lovely and as described in the listing. We loved the porch and the views. We used the kitchen to prepare meals daily, but did wish for one more frying pan. It was great to have access to beach chairs and a cooler as we used those to visit beaches all over the island. And while the beach immediately in front of the house and on either side was quite nice, once you reached those property lines it was hard to walk any further due to all of the washed up trash and debris. Since we had a car, we spent a lot of our time just up the road at Rum Point where we saw turtles and rays daily during our snorkeling adventures. Lovely property and good value for the area!

SEAHOUSE

We loved the house, really set up well. Big bedrooms and bath. Great Wifi - loved the wrap around porch. the kitchen had everything and more. It needs outdoor table and chairs. Two chairs isn't enough for 4 people. There are a few cute restaurants in the area which is nice. Beautiful Starfish beach is close and the best/better that the house beach. The beach was a mess and needed to be cleaned and cleared of trash and seaweed. We had to do that, rake the beach to clear a path and 3 bags of washed up trash. 2 Kayaks, one missing a paddle- which they bought 3 days later / then paddle that was originally there broke because it was corroded. Lastly the equipment in the garage - life jackets were covered in black mold. Would not use the snorkeling equipment either which is in the garage.

Rum Point Stay

The property is fantastic - location on the beach and facilities in the house are brilliant - the beach in our opinion was the best one. There are 3 very local restaurants/bars that offer excellent food. Prices are slightly higher than UK but the quality was good. Chisholms grocery (local - again a bit more pricey than UK but and had everything we needed. Opens 7-10 weekly and liquor store opens 10-1 Monday to Saturday and 1-10 on Sunday). A little bit more pricey but larger supermarkets are 30 mins drive to and fro so saves on perol! A few minor things re house - 2 french doors wouldn't open due to sea salt ingress and tumble drier wasn't working on the hot dry - didn't get fixed during our stay. Also only 1 light on the veranda working, and those are really picky things but otherwise the house is perfect and beds so comfortable. We visited all the recommended beaches around the island and decided our was the best one so spent a lot of time there on our sunbeds and relaxing. The house is fully equipped with everything you need so don't stock up too much at the big supermarket until you have checked out what is there. The only other thing to be aware of is that there is another rental next door that can sleep up to 22 people so there can be some noise in the background of the breaking waves. Beach is wonderful just behind the house, great for snorkeling in the pools beyond the reef - saw lots of fish. Fantastic holiday. Thankyou. x

Beautiful House and Great Location

Awesome mostly private beach front area. Very beautiful house, which was surprisingly well appointed with artwork and decor. Stocked with all sorts of kitchen gadgets, kayaks, lawn chairs and a charcoal grill that made the stay very easy and comfortable. Property management team was very responsive and quickly dealt with a plumbing hiccup. Instructions were very clear. Hope to come back one day again soon!

Beautiful Beach Escape

Perfect house for those who prefer solitude, but still within an easy drive to restaurants, etc. The house is very well appointed - nice linens, dishware, kitchen appliances, and even art. Fantastic views from every angle. Also a bonus that beach chairs, loungers & kayaks are provided. There were just 2 of us, but it would be perfect for 2 couples. Loved everything about it!

Greatest Vacation

Words cannot really describe how great this place is, we were able to walk out to the ocean and swim and snorkel everyday which was awesome. The home is very comfortable for 2 couples, we had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. We experienced all kinds of weather and the sound of the waves was amazing. Seen all kinds of fish, kayaked on calm smooth ocean, coffee on our patio, just amazing.

We love your house, it is beautiful. It was perfect for two couples. The view is perfect paradise and quiet. The beds were great and the Guy Harvey artwork around the house is fantastic. The book library is also amazing. - The pots and pans are inadequate, only two "small" skillets and two "large" pots (stew/chili size). - Don't pay the cleaning service! They could not have been there after the last group left.

TROPICAL SERENITY

The Emerald Beach House is perfect for two couples to stay. Two king master suites- all with ocean view. Love the layout and decor of the house, especially with the encircling veranda. Truly a tropical retreat. The sound of the waves and the trade winds will lull you to dreamland.

Good stay after bumpy start.

The property is wonderful in terms of location on the beach, two identical bedrooms and bathrooms. roomy, comfortable and cheery. The host was very helpful and responsive. The bumpy start was that when we arrived at the appointed time, 3pm, the lockbox and door were open, and used towels by the ice chest, dirty sinks and counters revealed that the place had not been cleaned. I texted the host and tried to called the phone number for house management but could not get through. after a half hour of fretting a woman showed up who said that she was not reminded that new guests were coming but she should have known. Two other women showed up and we left for two hours while they cleaned up. They were waiting for laundry to dry when we got back. We told them they could leave and we took care of the laundry. There was one key on the hall table for the door and 3 others. The stay was good but very windy so we could not swim out to the reef without fear of being pushed onto coral. We had stayed on the North Shore in a house on the beach in the 90s and loved the snorkeling right near the beach. Now the is much sea grass to go through thru and the reef is no where near as vibrant in color or density of coral. That was very disappointing. Because of the wind we drove to the south and west side to snorkel. The best place we found was Smith Cove (Barcadere) just where the south side turns north on Seven Mile. There are picnic tables, bathroom and showers there. Cemetery Beach and Spots beach were good but you have to swim pretty far out to get to coral heads. We heard White Sands or Frontier run good small boats to Sting Ray City which is a must. We charted a boat from Island Splash Water Sports (Jason and our guide Willis) for $620 for 4 hours to SRC and two snorkeling spots and Starfish point which has few starfish. The boat trip was great and we met 3 people at Kaibo Marina who joined the four of us on the boat. The botanical Garden was worth it, the Pedro St James house was interesting but not a must. The Bioluminescent Bay with Georges Water Sport (dock B at the CaymanYatch Marina) was great becasue you got to go in the water with the bioluminescence. Kayak trip you just stick your hand and paddle into the water. Tukka restaurant was pretty good (Tuesday is 2 for 1 fish tacos (a little further south was Eagle Rays Drive Bar (where a deepwater submarine isout front) was godd. They have Lion Fish Tacos which were quite good

Beach house

The house is a definite ****. It would be a 5 if there was an outside table and chairs for eating outside. The beach/ocean area is disappointing. Trash from the ocean washes up with the seaweed. We found a rake in the garage and attempted to rake the seaweed to make a smooth transition into the ocean. However, what we raked was also filled with trash. Apparently this is a problem for the North shore.

Cozy comfy private beach home

The home is very comfortable beds are great had the air off with the doors open most of the time enjoyed the breeze we spent a lot of time hanging out in the lounge chairs down in the sand found ourselves not needing to go anywhere. Kayaks are in good shape snorkeling good spotted eagle ray lobster birds feeding really nice spot Unfortunately there is a new home being constructed next-door the guys work 10 hour days and at times it was quite noisy. This had very little affect on our experience.

Excellent house and location!

We have stayed at many vrbo's. This house was our favorite. It is comfortable and immaculate. All appliances in perfect working order. It is exactly as described on the website. We came to Cayman's to snorkel and scuba. We loved being on the ocean and yes, there is amazing snorkeling right out in front of the house. There were calm days and we saw sting rays, barracuda and tons of tropical fish. We walked the beach every morning. Our favorites: Tukka, Over the Edge Café, Kaibo, Crystal Caves, Starfish Point and Cayman Turtle Centre. We would totally stay at this house again! FYI Our flight landed at 10:15 pm The Hertz rental car office does not close and waits for customers to arrive.
