Enjoy a short walk to the beach in this newly renovated 3 bedroom single storey house. The property boasts:

- newly renovated kitchen with new appoances including dishwasher, oven, cooktop, fridge, microwave.
- lounge and dining area

The property is conveniently located 150 metres from Dromana's sandy beach, and a short walk from all the eateries Dromana has to offer including Zero 95, Okami and Two Buoys to name a few.

Linen and towels are provided however you will need your own beach towels.

Very easy stay. Easy to get into property. Very clean, beds and bedding extremely comfy. Has everything u needed including bath wash and shampoo. Great cot for my baby. The reverse cycle air con was great as it was a cold night and used the heating on it.

Good stay

Clean neat and organised, however probably best not suited to younger stay with no fencing to sides of house (so cannot play in backyard without supervision) and not able to lock front door from the inside. Overall can confirm close walk to beach and shops, very clean and comfortable and I’m sure you will enjoy!

If you’re looking for a clean house in a great location then then look no further.

So happy we found this house. Needed a mini getaway without any hassle over the Christmas break and we weren’t disappointed. This spacious renovated house is immaculate and the location is perfect. Walking distance to all the shops in the heart of Dromana and a minutes stroll to the pristine beach of Dromana. No need to take the car anywhere which in itself was blissful not having to stress about looking for parking. Communication with Chris was an absolute pleasure. Kids had plenty of entertainment with a range of game boards supplied as well as Netflix, bathrooms and kitchen were spacious, bedding was clean and comfortable. There’s nothing I could fault with this property. Can’t wait for our next getaway!

Nice modern property

The property is soo close to the beach it’s a very short walk. It’s very clean, modern and has lots of amenities. The only thing to note on a very hot day is that the split system is in the main living area and there’s a ceiling fan in the ensuite. Will visit again.

Beach trip away

The property was clean and well presented when we arrived. It had plenty of space for the kids to play and they loved the bunk bed. Location to the beach was awesome, just a very short work down the road and your already in the water. It's also close enough to the shops and restaurants for a nice walk, no need to bring the car. We really enjoyed our time there.

Perfect family friendly property

This property was spotless, tastefully renovated and included everything you could need, a home away from home place. Linen and towels provided were of a high quality. Our family enjoyed our stay and made great use of the games provided. The owner was great to communicate with before and during our stay, and with a 5 minute walk to everything, we would love to stay here again. Thank you Chris.

Wonderful stay!

Fabulous beach house, clean and modern. Renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Sea views from the front patio and 2 minute walk to the beach. Chris was wonderful to work with and really helped us out when one of our party became sick on our last day. Much appreciated.

Great Destination

This house was in the perfect location being directly across from the beach and near great local residents and other attractions. Chris and his mother are lovely individuals and highly recommend staying at this beach house! The process of checking in and out was fast and easy and the house itself was spectacular. Fantastic Location

This house is in a fantastic location. You can park your car and then walk everywhere for the rest of your stay. The house is also immaculately clean and has had a beautiful upgrade. Even the bed linen is luxuriously crisp clean and new. We are all looking forward to staying again next year.
