Nowhere Else Cottage with private spa.

Nowhere Else Cottage is a characterful well established, self-contained converted dairy on the Fleurieu Peninsula which started life, milking cows in the early 1900s until the early 80s. With one queen bedroom and heritage style bathroom with a claw-foot bath. You can relax and unwind in our cosy romantic cottage and indulge yourself in your own private indoor spa, overlooking the hill sides and perhaps getting a friendly visit from our cows and calves. Or just take in the countryside from the cottage verandah with a glass of wine. A haven of peace, comfort and privacy. Enjoy the continental breakfast provisions for your 2- or 3-night stays, including, cereals, milk, orange juice, Homemade bread.

A perfect piece of private bliss. sitting in the spa watching the locals, Wedge tail eagles, rosellas, magpies, cows, and sheep grazing in the distance.With a host who supplies homemade bread and farm-fresh eggs as part of your stay. Incredible!!!
The cottage was amazing with wonderful views and cute neighbouring cows! Owners were so welcoming and great to communicate with! Fantastic location close enough to all areas we wanted to explore, but far enough away that we could enjoy the peace and quiet! Can't wait for the next holiday! 😊

A great place to unwind, clean and presentable, perfect for a short weekend trip for any couple. Beautiful scenery and paddocks filled with cows. Bill allowed us to go into the Paddock to view the cows up close which was a great experience. Cottage was stocked with provisions for breakfast (homemade bread, bacon, eggs, milk and orange juice, Cereals and coffee). Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend! 🙂

Relaxing country cottage
A beautiful escape from the city at Nowhere Else Cottage. Quiet and relaxing, with all the amenity of Deep Creek Conservation Park nearby and the spectacular views the Fleurieu offers, plus a morning chat with the Murray Greys. The cottage is spacious, incredibly well set up, a home away from home - plus a spa! And the homemade loaf of bread waiting when I arrived. Just perfect. The hosts Bill and Jackie were easily available. A very special four nights.

Beautiful property, the indoor spa was amazing. Cosy cottage with lovely owners. Cottage has everything you need. Relaxing watching the cows and kangaroos in the paddock right in front of you. Definitely be going back!!!

Needless hostility
I booked a 2 night stay. About a week before the booking I received a message "Please contact me about your booking". This alarmist message was just to confirm that my booking was accurate, and to ask for a check-in time. So I confirmed, and informed of a 2pm check-in. The reply was that the key may...or may not be in the door. So upon arrival the key was not in the door. Old mate just appeared from the driveway and gave me a key. I was then sternly told that daily spa water tests are required. To which I responded that I didn't intend to use the spa. "It's a council requirement mate". I left after the first night, as I just didn't feel at all welcome here. If you want to get away from people, and have an interaction free experience. This might not be the right place.

The Perfect Weekend Escape
This is by far the best B&B I have ever said at for a weekend away The cottage is peaceful and quiet, spacious and clean with all the creature comforts of a modern B&B whilst retaining its rustic, country charm. The added charm of a homemade loaf of bread and breakfast materials available just made me feel right at home. If I could give this place 6 stars I would, and I’ll definitely want to come back again.

The cottage was easy to find. Bill and Jackie left lovely provisions for our breakfast, and catered for us being vegetarian with no problem. The spa was amazing! Not often have we found a comfortable bed when we go away, but the bed was very comfortable, and we really appreciated the electric blanket. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Can't wait to stay again!

Perfect couples getaway!
Nowhere Else cottage is beautiful. it is tucked away from the road and has a porch view of vineyards, hills and some very friendly cows. We loved sitting at the outdoor table for every meal just watching and listening to nature. it is very private and spacious with many extras added to make you fall in love with the place, including the spa, some fresh bread, eggs and bacon, a radio and a lovely big shower with two showerheads, perfect for couples. everything was clean and easy and bottom line perfect ❤

Perfect romantic hideaway
You know how there's always that one thing (at least) about a B&B that disappoints? Well, that's not the case with Nowhere Else. Nothing has been overlooked or forgotten, everything is catered for. It's the most secluded and romantic stay you will find in the southern Fleurieu, and yet is close to so many wonderful adventure possibilities too. A perfect base from which to explore, then retreat to afterwards to soak in the hot tub whilst chatting to the cows & listening to the bird song. Superb. 5 stars.
