The open-concept great room w/ vaulted ceilings is the perfect gathering place to unwind after a day on the slopes or at the Lake. Warm up by the fireplace, watch a movie on the big screen, or spend some quality time catching up. Enjoy comfortable couch seating for 5 and 2 extra chairs.

Sliding glass doors open up to the coffee, cocktail, or conversation balcony w/ seating for 4.

The kitchen is fully stocked w/ everything you need--just bring the recipes! Three stools at the kitchen bar are great for meal prepping or visiting w/ the chef of the group. A custom wood dining table w/ seating for 6 is steps away from the kitchen.

Hunker down in the master bedroom on the 1st floor. It has a warm king bed w/ a farmhouse style headboard & cottage core decor.

Bedroom 2 on the same floor has 2 queen beds, a 40” HDTV, & elegant transitional style furniture.

The dual purpose open bedroom on the 3rd floor overlooks the living room. There you will find a queen bed & a desk w/ an adjustable height feature--perfect for anyone working/learning from home.

Both bathrooms are on the ground floor, across the hall from bedrooms 1 & 2. BA 1 has a shower/tub combo. BA 2 has a walk-in shower. Both have heated floors (yes, really!) & share a dual sink vanity in the hallway.

The grounds of Lakeland Village are incredible. Must-have amenities that you have access to include private beach, pier, swimming pools, hot tub & sauna, fitness center, & a children’s play area.

Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle - pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.

IMPORTANT: This unit is not available through the Vail hotel management company & does not include access to the Vail maid service, the Vail shuttle van, or towel service. We have plenty of linens & towels for your use in the home.

There is nearby boat, SUP and kayak rental within walking distance to Lakeland Village in the summer as well as on-site ski and snowboard rental in the winter.

Pets are not allowed. If you have a trained Service or ESA dog we can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay.
