1) TV'S SET UP: Living Room Smart TV 42"/ Queen Bedroom 1st floor Smart TV 50" / King Bedroom 2nd floor Smart TV 42" / Queen Bedroom 2nd floor Smart TV 42" / Twin Bedroom 2nd floor Smart TV 42".

2) INTERNET DETAIL: Provider Spectrum Summit with up to 1GB speed Wi-Fi. (wireless speeds may vary).

3) PET FRIENDLY: Pet Fee: $250 / per 1 pet - 2 pets or more $150/each (non-refundable). Animal Service and ESA policy: In accordance (four-one-three-zero, nine/ 2022), service animals and Emotional Support Animals are welcomed. A written request is required at the time of reservation. While no documentation is necessary, please note that knowingly misrepresenting the use of a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable, under sections (seven-seven-five-zero-eight-two-zero-eight-three. Stat 2022). To ensure we can best accommodate you, kindly let us know what tsks or work service animal has been trained to perform.

4) PRIVATE POOL & SPA DETAILS: East-face pool. Deep end 5Ft. Safety fence around the pool. This property is equipped with the pool heater, It can be added to your reservation for $35.00 per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days.
If your reservation has less than 3 days, the minimum payment still applies. The request needs to be made 24hrs prior to the date you want it to start. For units with Pool & Spa (Little pool attached to the main pool), please note that the water system is the same for both - they're connected, and the water circulates between them. Also, keep in mind that the Pools Spa is not a Hot Tub.

5) Grills are not allowed on the property.

6) EXTRA & CONCIERGE SERVICES: Keep in mind, extra/concierge services are optional and NOT included on the reservation price. For example, but not limited to: Pet fee, pool heater, grill rental, house grill use, early check in, late check out, mid-stay cleanings. Please check prices and availability.

7) The screen doors of the enclosure area of the private pool are kept padlocked for your safety & security and for liability reasons. Only the pool cleaning staff will access it once a week for their regular maintenance service visit.

8) Baby Items (complimentary for all stays): Pack n' Play & Stroller & high chair.

9) MAILING INFO: Please note that this property is a Vacation Home, and as such it does not have a mailbox to receive mail. However, you do have the option to send packages to my management company's office, ask for more details.  

10) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and we will do our very best to remedy the situation.

11) Guests must provide an email in order to receive the host communication as such as the contract for signature and the check in instructions.

12) Important Notice Regarding Security Cameras: For the safety and security of the property and our guests, please be aware that there are surveillance cameras located on the premises.
A front door camera to monitor the entrance area. One camera positioned at the back of the property. These cameras are active only in public outdoor areas and do not monitor private spaces such as the interior of the home or the pool area. They are used solely for security and safety reasons.


The resort's clubhouse amenities are accessible to you for an additional charge during your stay! Please be aware that the clubhouse administration may charge - optional - additional costs for some activities, such as special events, seasonal activities, the renting of sporting goods, or other activities. **RESORT FEE** to use the clubhouse amenities: 1-12 guests = $35.00 / 13+ guests =$45.00 Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee - One-time fee per house per reservation, the fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check-in.

The property distance to the main clubhouse is around 9 minute's walking and 2 minutes by car.

To confirm the reservation, all guests must sign the rental agreement sent by TBVH, and upload a photo of a valid ID, Credit Card, and a selfie holding both documents. Please note that if we don't receive the rental agreement, documents, and payment, your reservation will not be confirmed and it will be canceled within 24 hours after booking.

Just not that good

Loud music, no wash cloths (ridiculous), people were out getting high by there cars at night, lazy River too crowded, had to walk everywhere w elderly people w us which was miserable. On line listing made it look like amenities were close by but they weren’t. Parking was biggest issue! Pans we’re not good for cooking, burned everything. Never again

Fantastic Vacation Location

The property worked great for our needs. It was clean and we had no issues whatsoever. Property manager was quick to respond to any inquiries. We had a fantastic time and the location was great for Disney and other Orlando attractions. The property did have some wear and tear from use, but nothing that hindered our use. We would definitely stay here again.

Solterra Feb 2023

My review will be in two parts, condo and the resort Townhouse Unit We stayed there for the month of February and found the unit to be of a nice size for our family. As is most rental units it showing signs of wear and tear from people that don’ t care. It’s was comfortable and quiet. Very nice neighbour hood to walk in and a short distance to the clubhouse and pool. Unfortunately the unit was not properly cleaned before our arrival, the tile floors were very dirty and we had to wash them twice just to make them better. The carpets had also not be properly vacuumed with hair and fuzz in many areas which we also had to vacuum. There were also a lot of dirty dishes, pots and pans put back in the cupboards. Better care needs to done to ensure everything is cleaned properly before arrival of new guests. The patio and pool area is very pleasant and nice to enjoy for meals outdoors as it receives a lot of shade in the afternoon. It was also very nice having the park like area in the back for our dog to enjoy. I will say management team was excellent to deal with as there a few small issues that needed to be addressed. They were very quick to respond and correct anything that was brought up. We were very pleased with them! The Resort Area It is a beautiful resort with beautiful landscaping and a pleasure to walk around. The pool area feels like a all inclusive resort; without the “All-Inclusive aspect” For the most part the large pool is heated and the lazy river is not. I heard everyone that entered the last river complain of that. They could also use with more tube floaties as they almost always were used up. The resort could also do a better job of maintaining the consistency of the pool heat, some days it was nice and others it was cold. Unfortunately there is only one manned gate entrance to enter the resort of approximately 1000 homes which makes it difficult to get in at certain times of the day. With the amount of homes the pool area can get quite busy and at some times closed off due to capacity having been met. The location is not bad but but Interstate 4 which is the main route to get just about anywhere become a parking lot with the extreme traffic. At times travel time doubles to get to Disney. There is a nice local shopping area close by and easy to get to called “Posner Park” with a very nice Target, JC Penny, Homegoods, Marshalls and many other stores and some restaurants.
