Deluxe king bedroom with seperate open plan living & dining, sofa lounge (kids or king sofa-bed option). Take time to relax with the Smart TV, WiFi and a bbq in the sun. Finish the day relaxing in your own sunny courtyard complete with a private BBQ.

Inclusions are complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi, AIRCON (heat/cool) and Smart TV. Indoor Kitchenette complete with Bar Fridge, Kettle/Toaster, Microwave/Oven, portable electric hot plate and cooking utensils.

Your unit is only SECONDS away from the water's edge ( Pacific Ocean) and a 2 minute walk to Birubi beach (surf and patrolled beach) and Crest seaside Cafe.

The property was easy to find, great location & very clean. Just a 10 minute walk to Birubi Beach which is dog friendly.The vendor lives upstairs & was super friendly. They gave us our space and privacy and were always available if we needed to ask something about the property. They were also very helpful about places to eat etc. We'll definitely return and highly recommend.

*Great location - walkable to the best dog friendly beach in all of Port Stephens. *Great accommodation - clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Including a safe and secure outdoor space for our dog. *Great hosts - excellent communication ensuring we were comfortable and had a great stay. Thanks Roxy, we look forward to coming back soon.

Sweet Anna Bay

Casa Del Maya was exactly as described. The accommodation was clean and fresh and very secure for our little dog. It was quiet and safe and there were very pleasant places to eat nearby. Our hosts Roxy and Perry were very friendly kind and . We would love to go there again in the future.generous.

Very well-presented and modern ground floor unit, with lots of details that make our stay enjoyable. Conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and shops/food not far. We just enjoyed a relaxing weekend staying at Roxy and Perry’s little retreat. A compact unit, beautifully styled with good amenities. It’s a short stroll to some beautiful beaches with good restaurants locally. The unit was spotlessly clean and the welcome hamper was very much appreciated. Lovely clean unit about 70 meters from the water. We had our small dog with us and took long walks every day. Would have helped if weather had been nicer. Hosts were great letting us know what Resturant’s and food outlets available Overall the accomodation was compact but pleasant. Pet friendly was a bonus Rob & Sue

Amazing accommodation, town and owners

My family and I have loved our time here. The accomodation was extremely well presgented upon arrival and clean. All correspondence with the owners was easy and they were more than happy and willing to help out in anyway needed. We loved that we were able to bring our fur babies on holidays with us as there is very limited places that allow pets, the owners were very accomodating to them and there is a generous sized and fully enclosed yard for them to spend time in. Location is amazing. Within walking distance to the beach, cafe and lookout and everywhere else was only minutes away to drive. Extremely happy with our stay, would highly recommend to stay here and will happily return one day.

Would totally come back again!

Location is so convenient. A beautiful beach is within walking distance. The local Thai restaurant is great. The local pizzeria is great. And all the major Nelson Bay attractions are within a few minutes only. The host is wonderful. Easy to communicate with and proactively make suggestions to help with your trip. If you decide to stay in, lots of activities have been made available by the host, eg TV subscriptions, PS and board games. The property is very clean. We are pretty pedantic on this aspect so when we say it's clean, then its REALLY clean. Thanks for a perfect stay.

Great little spot, pet friendly too!

Stayed two nights, perfect for our small family of three plus furbaby. The unit is very clean and has everything you need for a short stay in Anna Bay. The welcome box with fruit, cheese and crackers was a pleasant surprise. Roxy made every effort to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Check in was easy, communication was clear. Offered a late checkout without us asking. The small things do really matter. The accomodation is just across the road from the waters edge and a short 2-5 mins stroll to Birubi beach. Definitely recommend staying here, only wish we could have stayed longer. Anna Bay is now our favourite spot to visit in Port Stephens.

Its the perfect affordable beachside stay option with loads to fill in your time. The space is refreshing and modern and encourages you to relax and be comfortable for your staycation.

The property offers a higher standard of rental with complimentary features such as:
- a luxury king bed (plush and medium mattress firmness options);
- Luxury linen and towels provided (not beach towels);
- Sofa bed (double bed option);
- BNB toiletry supplies;
- Tea and coffee supplies;
- Kitchenette with all utensils and basic pantry items;
- Bar fridge; and
- gift on arrival.

We are pet friendly for small to medium sized dogs. Small dog door provided. The small courtyard is suitable for smaller pets. We ask that pet bedding/bowls is brought with you and pet waste removed to external waste bins on departure.
