This unit is located on the ground floor is accessed from the carpark and offers views overlooking Main Beach.

This spacious apartment offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms with the kitchen and living areas overlooking the grounds out to the ocean.There is full sized ensuite bathroom including bath and separate shower.

Having direct access to the grounds makes this ground floor aprtment ideal for families with children.

Linen is supplied and beds are made on arrival.

Perfect getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a lovely well-appointed apartment. Exactly as described. Included items that we didn't even know we needed! Artwork was beautiful (especially liked by Miss 9yo).Gorgeous views of the ocean, as well as the kangaroos frequented the space outside our patio.Games room and gym were well received by our family, but we were disappointed to find that people were using it outside allocated hours, which disturbed our family, given their proximity to our apartment.

Not a clean experience

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would've loved to have walked into to an apartment I didn't have to clean myself. On arrival the floors and carpets had not been vacuumed. There was sand on the floors as we entered,hair balled up on the floor in the kitchen and biscuit crumbs near the dining table.I had to clean the oven door to see through it and I don't think the oven has been cleaned in a long time. The cooktop had to be cleaned before use as there was caked on burnt stuff. The coffee pod machine was stuck to the bench, later finding out the milk frother must have over flowed and the milk had dried under the machine making it stick to the bench. Cleaned this to use the coffee machine and the smell was terrible, hadnt been cleaned for a whilThe window sills in the main bedroom had mould and dirt in the tracks, when we went to open the blinds it went everywhere. The outside table had been half wiped and the wipe marks showed the cleaner had cleaned around bird droppings instead of cleaning it off the table.We definitely left the place in a better condition than we found it in. The other 2 bedrooms definitely need aircons in them as it did get hot a few nights and our daughter was having difficulty sleeping with the warm nights. I would suggest putting a queen bed in one of the other rooms instead of single beds as the single is too small for an adult. We could hear the people in the apartment above us walking around early in the morning with kids(5am) and kids playing soccer at night (10pm), but parents were very apologetic and accommodating when we let them know how much noise was travelling through the floor.For the amount of money we paid to stay for a week I shouldn't have had to clean the apartment before we could use it comfortably. If it wasn't for the cleaning everything else would have been lovely.Other than having to clean the apartment on arrival it was in a great area and the setting was beautiful and the rest of the resort

Also appreciated on site management staff who accommodated us being able to recharge our electric vehicle in the underground car park.Great access for frail aged parent who also stayed with us. Unit next door had a party but we barely heard anything inside our unit, so no problem at all.(One very minor thing ,the indoor clothes line was starting to rust and left marks on clothes so that should probably be replaced.)

Wonderful stay at Whalewatch

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great apartment on the ground floor of the complex, good for the kids to play right out front on the grass verge. Apartment was spacious and well sized to accommodate two small families. The complex itself is a little dated, the Wifi offered in the games room never worked but the room had decent connectivity. Many of the room items such as kitchen utensils and cooking items were not clean, but easy enough to clean ourselves. Not a 5 star place but we didn't go in expecting that, a great location to walk to Main beach and the Gorge walk, great spot for the kids.

Paradise

A little out of the way if you don't bring your car but the advantage is the peace and quiet and the stunning views. Well maintained building and facilities and privacy. We had ground floor unit and it was lovely but next time will try the higher units and bring the binoculars and zoom lenses.
