Both bathrooms remodeled 2020, with the master bathroom having a walk in shower, there is central a/c, phone and parking for 2 cars. The building charges a non-refundable registration fee, additional parking spots are sold for $15 per spot upon availability, and the condo is non smoking only and no pets. Occupancy 8. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
