So close to all the things you love down town! This is just a few steps from the boardwalk and beach, and has 2 balconies over looking Baltimore Ave. It's a perfect people watching place. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax in this 4 bedroom townhouse. Downstairs, enjoy a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and breakfast bar, living room, a bedroom and full bath, and a balcony. Upstairs there is a master bedroom and bath, ( with a balcony off the bedroom), 2 more bedrooms, and another full bath. This home offers 5 smart TV's, with subscriptions, ( Netflix, Hulu, ESPN, Disney Plus) & Free WiFi, and central a/c. The occupancy for this home is 10. There are 2 reserved parking spots for this property - one on site space in the garage, and the second space is a block away, in a private lot. This home is non smoking, and pets are not allowed. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

The garage remote would not work. Management said a tech would come by to fix it but never came. The unit needed a good cleaning. The unit is very spacious. We had plenty of room. Location was good but not free parking near by. Overall we had a good stay and would return.

It could have been a lot cleaner.

Showers had mold on the bottom, shower doors had soap scum on the glass. Dust on floors & top of refrigerator. Comforter in Master Bed room seemed to have a blood stain. We didn’t use it. Closets were in shambles. Blankets just thrown in there not folded. Screen door rusted & broken. Dryer did not work. Location was perfect. Steps away from the boardwalk. Need to have someone else inspect the property besides the cleaning people. Did not make a good impression.

Great location and spacious

Large unit in a great location. Kitchen was well stocked and the living room was comfortable for the seven of us. The beds were soft, no king mattress as advertised. A bit noisy. Parking was a challenge.

2024 stay

The property looked good when we first got there. The floors were dirty. We found this out when the babies crawled on the floor and their knees and feet got dirty. We had to go out and buy floor cleaning stuff. The air condition kept resetting itself to 75 degrees. That was very hot coming home from the hot beach. It would also reset itself overnight leaving the nights inside very hot There were stains on couch. Great area. Close to boardwalk and beach

Great location. Needs to be cleaned.

The house was comfortable and a perfect location. Easy check in and check out process. The thing we didn't like was that the floors were covered in sand and so much dust on the surfaces. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly and the sofa had a weird smell to it. Seems there was a party before we arrived and there was confetti on the main floor. We cleaned what we could but there was no broom and dust pant. The vacuum was not picking up the sand. If the house was cleaned thoroughly, the stay would have been perfect.

Nice property for the location

The property itself is nice. The cleaning service needs to do a much better job, as the place was not all that clean when we arrived. The parking space in the garage is very tight. Larger vehicles will not fit in. Thankfully there is a second parking space provided within a short walk of the property. I did not realize you had to walk up a flight of steps to get into the property. I thought the first floor was on ground level but it is not. My parents had some difficulty with the steps. The location is great as it’s close to the boardwalk and beach, but there is noise from Baltimore Avenue especially at night.
