Positioned in a desirable South Yarra location this three-bedroom multi-level loft apartment is only steps away from the Royal Botanic Gardens and inner-city conveniences. You’ll be transported far away from the urban surrounds in the sleek and streamlined interior of Penthouse M with its restful overtones, while cascading foliage in the dreamy conservatory – which doubles as a stylish entertaining zone - is a lush addition.
A glowing warmth radiates across the vast floorplan of Penthouse M, leading you gently from the solid entrance and internal lift access across the timber floor through to the kitchen and into the numerous living spaces. There’s much to explore in the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas which are surrounded by black glass grid framing and towering white exposed ceiling trusses.
In fact, there’s a surprise at almost every turn, starting in the luxuriously sleek black and white kitchen. The statement piece is an oversized island which offers plenty of seating and is sure to be a popular spot for guests to gather. The dining area enjoys a backdrop of glazing and lush greenery. Step into the conservatory for a tropical-like dining experience where a wall of lush plantings and potted plants surround the dining setting and BBQ.
