We have decked out the whole apartment with brand spanking new furnishings + the large apartment is super comfortable with 2.5 bathrooms + you can open the balconies to let the river breeze flow through the apartment.
Sit on the balcony with a coffee & overlook the tree lined street, while doing some people watching :)….
Not only will you have everything you need inside the peace & quiet of this apartment, the building complex has a resort style pool, security parking + beautifully manicured landscaping.
Situated in Lower New Farm…literally a short stroll to local cafés, 2 mins to the Powerhouse, New Farm Park, Riverwalk, Coles Supermarket, New Farm Village Shopping & James Street.
Leave your car & grab a CityCycle bike from across the road, take a CityCat (ferry), multiple bus options, try your skills on a electric Scooter &/or bring your walking shoes!

Your 2-bedroom apartment has a great feeling of space, at almost 100m2.
Relax on the huge beautiful sofa with Netflix, cook up a storm in the new kitchen or simply chill with some tunes and enjoy the peace & quiet of local birdlife from the large balcony…
