The Space:
Book this elegant 2BR apartment exclusively your own, in the community you call home - Palm Jumeirah!
With unrivaled views of the Arabian Gulf, enjoy the magnificent sunsets along the beautiful blue sea.

This apartment will definitely steal your heart, so cozy with so many lovely details. Feel totally relaxed as soon as you enter.

The kitchen is on your right, fully-equipped with everything you need for preparing meals or while you wash up. There’s a microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and more - your cooking experience is greatly improved!

Right in the middle is a 6-seater dark gray dining set complete with tableware. A lovely centerpiece gives you the feeling of being in your own house.

The living room has tufted sofas in oatmeal. Complete with scattered cushions, soft carpet, 50 inches smart TV, and a glass-top center table. While the walls are decorated with artsy pieces, the circular pendant lights add more coziness to the entire area at night.

Both bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms, hotel-quality linens and mattresses. There are also fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and shower gels. Each has its own character and intimately designed with bespoke pieces.

Whilst you can access the main balcony from the first bedroom (and living area), the second room has its own private one. Unwind outside and take in the fresh air, enjoy the overlooking lush greens, the pool, the sea, share a meal here, or maybe sip a drink or two.

*Please be advised that the South Side Entrance to the adult pool will not be accessible for safety reasons to allow for the construction to continue the works for the SPA renovations. To ensure the safety of the members, you may use the south pool residence entrance or hotel main entrance.

The Neighborhood:
Palm Jumeirah is a man-made archipelago that resembles a palm tree. It is such a popular tourist spot in the UAE because of its high-end restaurants, luxurious resorts, Dubai coastline views, beach clubs with spas and infinity pools, and more.

Although it is on its island, the Palm has roads, tunnels, and public transports that help tourists to have a comfortable stay because of easy access to everywhere on the island.

There is a lot to do in Palm Jumeirah, including going on a cruise tour, hopping on a Big Bus Dubai Tour, going to the Aquaventure Waterpark and Lost Chambers Aquarium at Atlantis the Palm, getting a paddleboard and windsurfing lesson, skydiving, and a lot more.

Nakheel Mall is a new destination at the heart of the world-famous Palm Jumeirah with a wide range of fine dining and leisure attractions. Approximately 4 minutes drive (around 1.6 km) from the apartment.

Palm Beach West is now open to the general public and just a short walk away with access to several restaurants.

A vacation in the Palm Jumeirah is guaranteed to be grand not only because of the activities that can be done but because of the fresh air and the views alone.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your ride. Uber and Careem are options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai, you can get on a monorail train and go around Palm Jumeirah or you can get down at the Gateway Station and walk to the tram station through a footbridge. Tram trains can get you around the rest of Dubai, like JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, Marina Mall, and others. The tram system is also connected to the Dubai metro that you can use to go to Dubai Mall or Mall of Emirates and other places.

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
