Dieses wunderschöne Haus am Kanal ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von den ruhigen Stränden von Fenwick Island entfernt! Ganztägige Dünengenehmigung, wenn Sie Ihr Auto lieber mit Liegestühlen, Spielzeug usw. beladen und in den Dünen parken möchten.
Dieses Haus ist gut ausgestattet, einschließlich 2 Doppelkajaks, die Sie vom privaten Deck aus starten und in die Bucht hinausfahren können!

Gehen Sie zu allen Geschäften und Restaurants in Fenwick Island. Auch Minigolfplätze, ein Wasserpark und eine Go-Cart-Strecke sind nur wenige Blocks entfernt. Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach und Ocean City, Maryland sind alle eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt.

Amazing beach vacation!

We had such a lovely time at this house. The host was a great communicator and the property has such a perfect location on the canal. Quiet but within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We loved the water activities too! Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful Family Vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s home. It was clean, comfortable, and had lots of amenities to enjoy. Having the multilevel decks and the dock provided great hang out spots for eating and relaxing in the evening. The location was close to everything…the beach, shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Having the parking pass for the dunes was great for my father that has mobility issues.

This is a beautiful, we'll appointed house!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful home. The amenities from the kayaks, to the bikes, and all the board games, all added for a great week. The house is a very short easy walk to the beach and within walking distance of all the local restaurants and shops. I can't wait to return to this house!

Great time at amazing home in FI

Everything about this home, location, and owners was great. The home is even more comfortable and new than the photos show. This was one of our most relaxing vacations as a family. We enjoyed the relaxing spaces in and outside the home, the kayaks and lots of fishing off the backyard pier. Five stars all around!

This house has it all!

This house has it all. Sunrise and sunset views. Comfy beds. We couldn’t use all the equipment provided. We had three different groups of friends join us and they all loved it. Don’t hesitate to book this property!

Bright & comfortable home!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this home. It was very comfortable and had great natural light throughout. The screen porches were fabulous for entertaining. The location was perfect and all of the "toys" were a big bonus! Kathy was very prompt in returning messages. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home on the water!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this gorgeous beach house! It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities! We loved how every room had a patio, and we ate dinner on the screened in porch almost every night. They have a fully stocked game closet which the kids really enjoyed. We used the kayaks and paddle boards to explore the canals. It is conveniently located walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants and ice cream. The parking permit was an added bonus too! Kathy and Bob are wonderful hosts!

Amazing Location

The location of this house cannot be beat - being on the canal is just perfect - IMO. The back deck was the place to be - firepit, corn hole, kayaking. The house came with so many beach necessities: chairs, bikes, umbrellas, games, kayaks, grill etc. Made it so easy to come to the beach and jump right in to the business of relaxing and enjoying the beach. Kathy was so easy to work with it. The house had enough bedrooms for each of us ( although one recommendation is to replace the metal trundle bed frame - it is very loud to sleep on). Each room had a beautiful deck with chairs attached. We had a great week and look forward to returning to Fenwick soon!

Great place to stay in Fenwick Island

We've stayed in several houses in Fenwick Island over the past 10 years and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The house is in a great location and provides lots of amenities. The house was clean when we arrived and well-maintained. It has decks off each bedroom, which is a nice feature. The house includes use of kayaks, bikes, beach chairs and lots of other beach supplies. It is just a short walk to the beach (and you have a traffic light at Coastal Highway, which makes things easier) or you can drive and park using the parking pass that is provided. The dock in the back provided an opportunity for fishing and crabbing, as well as sitting by the fire pit at night. The owners were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a great choice for a family vacation in Fenwick Island.
