An easy, pleasant ferry ride to the city centre, close to train station and local amenities. NO AIRCONDITIONING. Will accomodate up to 4 people on request at an extra charge of $50 pp/pn. The sofa bed will be made up accordingly. If only 2 people and the sofa bed is required there will be a fee of $50 for the extra linen and make up of sofa bed. Please advise in advance. THE SAFE DOES NOT WORK. Pool towels are NOT SUPPLIED. Absolutely NO PARTIES, NO LOUD NOISE OR DISTURBANCES AND NO SMOKING.

PLEASE NOTE: The pool area will be closed from April 28 until further notice for resurfacing rectification work. The lifts are being replaced and only 1 will be in operation at a time for a while, there is also likely to be noise from the works being carried out. We do apologise but it is to bring you an even better experience as we try to upgrade the facilities and make your stay more comfortable for the future.

There’s also a stunning view also from the bedroom where you have a comfortable Queen sized bed and lots of wardrobe space.

Parking is in front and rear of building plus there is a 4 level undercover carpark - first in best dressed.

Laundries are on all odd numbered levels, so best use level 15 unless in use.
$3 wash $3 dryer - takes $1 coins.

Dispose of garbage in the laundry rooms which is the room in front of the lift and marked with the level number.
