Coastal Charmer is a modern holiday home with multiple living/entertaining areas both inside and out. The modern and well-equipped kitchen and living flows out onto a large covered deck and there is an additional 'fire room' with Large screen TV which provides a fantastic and unique entertaining space. The roller blinds on the covered deck provide an al fresco dining space whatever the weather.
The private flat back yard is a great space for the kids to run around and there is a playhouse for them to explore. The property is north facing so is very sunny but there are also plenty of spots to relax in the shade should you wish. In the evening or on a cooler day chill out in the spa pool.
TV has Netflix and Sky Sport
The property is very centrally located to make the most of everything that Mangawhai has to offer. It is a short walk to the Wood St shops and eateries and the Estuary and Golf Course are a 5-10 minute walk away. The surf beach, boat ramp, Mangawhai Activity Zone and Mangawhai Village are all within a 10 minute drive.
Plenty of parking space for cars and a boat. Great for 1-2 families or small groups of mature couples.
With heat pumps in the living area and sleepout, the spa pool and fire room this is great for a winter stay too!

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although Bookabach/VRBO take your credit card details, all booking payments are made to Bach Stay NZ Limited who manage this property for the owners. Once your booking is approved, we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges). Please note the amount stated as 'Deposit Paid at Property' on the Bookabach/VRBO quote is actually a refundable bond that will be collected as part of the accommodation payment, it is not collected at the property as the wording suggests.
